Felton and Erin are always very helpful. I have a CVS closer to me but chose to visit this specific CVS just because the stellar customer experience Felton provides. We have small talk when there is no line and asks me questions about additional preventative care like flue shots, etc. I am older and take medication for a couple of long term illnesses like Crohn’s disease. This staff is wonderful and keep my business private. Much Kudos!

I LOVE this pharmacy! All of the staff know my family members by sight. They know and remember details of our lives that we have talked about. There is hardly ever a wait for a prescription. They have voluntarily gone online to find coupons for drug discounts for me. In my opinion they go above and beyond and are a bright spot in my day.

Incompetence at its best. Why put a medication on auto-fill on the DAY it needs to be picked up. This place is absolutely junk.

I received a text saying “your Rx ** is back in stock and ready for pickup”. I’ll be damned if when I get to the CVS counter in Target and the pharmacy employee tells me it’s not ready for pickup yet and I need to wait 35-40 minutes. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for this to get back in stock and this guy tells me to wait longer after the text from CVS literally says “ready for pickup”. I was pissed! I left and had to go home because I wasn’t going to hangout in Target for 40 minutes. This was my first and last time using that CVS.

This is the WORST “pharmacy”. Every time I have given them a chance to pick up my prescriptions from here they have let me down. They do not keep anything in stock. I do not know how this is still operating. This last time was the LAST time. I have been taking the same medication for 5 years now… this pharmacy filled the wrong medication. When I originally went to pick up my medication their insurance verification was “down” they said just specifically my insurance and Caremark but then told every other customer “our insurance verification is down” anyways they gave me 3 days worth of the correct medication then 3 days later when my prescription was ready I went to pick up after getting off night shift in the ER.. I was tired and didn’t check the label or the pills until I got home and noticed it was NOT my medication. So I called and The pharmacist ARGUED with me and said it was my medication but a “different manufacturer” he then said that was all they had in stock. I am a medical student, this pharmacy is negligent. I don’t think the pharmacist understands their are different versions of medication. Get your lawyers ready.. if I have a reaction It’s because of this dumbo pharmacist
