Today @(10/15/2025 2:45pm) the 2 ladies working the store were very rude. 1 saw me clearly trying to use the self checkout and while they knew it did not work. Then she tells me with an attitude that it does not work. I move over and she says none of them work and that its not set up yet. Why not tell me sooner? Just rude. The other just had poor manners in general. I was never rude and smiled the whole time. I do not know what their issue was but their customer service was extremely poor. Not southern hospitality in the slightest, very disappointing.

Besides the heavier young kid that works here most of the people at this store seem bothered every day lol if it sucks quit. If it’s too much work just let that junk sit there. Help the customers

If there was a rating for negative this store is horrible do not shop here that would be my choice. The girl with the short blonde hair( refused to give her name) was extremely rude, and unprofessional. Drive to another location, do not shop at this one!

Went to check out and the self check out only took cash, went to check out at the register and was rudely told by the young blonde girl she was on break and we would All have to wait for someone else to come and ring us up. She promptly went into the office and closed the door leaving us all standing there. Awful customer service . We all could have bagged our things and walked out the door.

This particular store SUCKS in every way possible! I haven't seen the entire store stocked since it opened. Seems like the "system" is always down.. can not put money on a card to save your life. And as for the employees.. just rude most of the time. This place just wears me out and puts me in a bad mood.

Went into the store at 5:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday but $45 worth of stuff got to the register handed them $100 bill and they told me they could not take $100 bill. A $100 bill has written on the front of it. This note is legal, tender for all debts, public and private yet Dollar General won’t take it.

This store will steal from if you don’t double check prices before paying. They don’t have correct prices posted. Sometimes the digital coupon system is down but they don’t tell you until you realize you’ve been overcharged. Today, the manager tried to refuse my return even though I had my receipt and purchased the items less than 24 hours ago.

For the most part they always have what I need. Convenient since it's less then a mile from my house. Problem is tags are often in the wrong spot or priced wrong. A few cents, no big deal. $1.50 difference is a big deal to me. When I brought it to the associates attention she didn't deny it was priced wrong then promptly pulled out a folder of overdue price changes. I told her that's not my problem and she informed me it's no one's problem. Actually it is...it's your problem.
