I had a tight deadline on shipping a package, and I had a shipping label hung somewhere out in cyberspace that I could not print. Not only was the guy helping me very patient, he was also knowledgeable, and because of him I my package made the outgoing truck and was delivered on time.

The service was better than average , but they didn't
have any type of flat document shipping envelopes in stock.

Takes a long time before they acknowledge you are there, otherwise, they are fine.
