Fish Creek Kids Academy truly ticks all the boxes.
The classroom teachers are exceptional. They’re deeply caring, attentive, and skilled in using positive behavior strategies that reinforce what we’re working on at home. The consistency and collaboration between school and family have made a huge difference in our son’s confidence and routine. We love getting photos throughout the day, which offer a glimpse into his world and give us something to smile about.
Perhaps what sets this school apart is the incredible focus on curriculum and growth throughout the year. Our son (who is spirited and sometimes struggles to stay focused) recently came home with a laminated workbook filled to the brim with activities and accomplishments that highlighted just how much learning (and joy) had taken place throughout the year. It’s clear that the team goes above and beyond not just to teach, but to celebrate each child’s progress.
As working parents, we also can’t say enough about the extended hours, including early drop-off starting at 6:30 a.m. with breakfast provided. The whole environment is warm, collaborative, and truly child-centered. The school also takes safety seriously, with thoughtful protocols to limit access, and they’re consistently transparent with incident reports when little bumps or scrapes happen (something we really appreciate).
The reviews originally sold us on Fish Creek… and now we’re one of them. We stumbled upon this place by accident, and we couldn’t feel luckier. If you’re wondering whether the glowing reviews are true, take the tour.
The building may not be as shiny or new as some others, but what’s happening inside is extraordinary. The care, the curriculum, the connection is everything you hope to find in a center, and then some. It’s a space that’s clearly well-loved, and that love shows up in all the ways that matter most.

My two boys have been at FishCreek for the last 5 years; my older one is now moving on to middle school. The teachers and staff here were amazing during the crucial early stages of our kids’ education, and helped us navigate the COVID challenges with my older child as a first grader. Pre k was a great experience for my younger child. Before and after school care has been a lifesaver for us. The summer and winter camp programs were full of fun activities and field trips. Communication was always consistent and transparent. The teachers care for these kids as their own and we felt our kids were well cared for under their watch. It’s difficult for us to move on now since we no longer need daycare services, they have been like our family!

This is our first year at Fish Creek Kids Academy and it has been absolutely amazing!! His teachers Mrs.Gloria and Miss Liz are so kind and sweet and really know how to connect with the kids. (I hope his kindergarten teacher is as good as they are.)
My son has learned so much and has got him on the right track to start kindergarten next year. I also enrolled him in the summer program and they have the whole summer planed out and it looks like so much fun! I know my son will definitely enjoy his summer there with all of his friends and his teachers.
The school is very organized and clean. They always have a great curriculum for the kids to keep learning in a fun and positive way. 😃

I can’t say enough great things about this school. From the moment we enrolled my daughter, I knew it was the right place for her. The teachers are incredible! They are ALL so caring, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. They create a warm, nurturing environment where I’m sure not only my daughter, but everyone feels safe and loved.
One thing I especially appreciate is the daily Procare updates. It’s so comforting to receive updates on how my daughter is doing throughout the day, from what she ate to what activities she enjoyed and how she interacted with her classmates. It makes me feel informed and reassured, even when I’m not there with her.
What I also love is the Friday artwork that comes home each week. It's such a joy to see the creative projects she’s been working on, and it’s always a reminder of how much she’s learning and growing.
The lesson plans and daily schedules are structured in a way that fosters learning and development while allowing for plenty of play and exploration. I’ve watched my daughter grow so much in the time she’s been here. She’s mastering new skills and building her confidence every day.
I’m so grateful to have found a school that I trust and that has played such an important role in my daughter’s growth. She’s thriving, and I can’t recommend this place enough!

I can’t recommend Fish Creek Kids Academy enough!
They’ve been absolutely wonderful with my preschooler — kind, patient, and truly invested in her growth. She has learned so much since starting there, and most importantly, she genuinely loves going to school every day. The staff creates such a positive and nurturing environment.
A special shoutout to Miss Gloria and Miss Liz for the love and guidance they give our girl — we are so grateful for you!

This school has been such a blessing! My two boys have absolutely flourished here and have learned so much. Samantha Fuller is so sweet and keeps everything running smoothly! Ms. Gloria and Ms. Liz have been wonderful getting my son ready for kindergarten. I highly recommend anyone looking for a full time preschool option to choose this school!

We absolutely LOVE FCKA! Our oldest started at 13 months and he is almost 5 now. He has loved every single one of his teachers. Ms. Diana, Ms. Tia, Ms. Liz, and Ms. Gloria are absolute rockstars. He is recognizing letters, remember letter sounds, adding, writing, and most of all he has made SO many friends. We have another who started at 5 months with Ms. Christi, she is so so good with the babies. It is heartbreaking when you have to send your baby to daycare at such a young age, but she makes the process so much easier and I had such a peace of mind knowing she truly cares. Ms. Fuller and Ms. Dorsey do such an amazing job at making sure each child is cared for by the best teachers. You can tell the teachers truly love their jobs and they stick around year after year because the environment is so positive. THANK YOU FCKA for taking amazing care of my babies.

Our daughter has been at Fish Creek Kids Academy since she was 3 and now she is 6. We absolutely love the care she has received. When entering Kindergarten she was above average for her knowledge and skills. We love the teachers and staff. The Turtles class with Ms. Fabbi was outstanding. Her love and dedication was exemplary. The next class up Racoons (which was pre-K) with Ms. Gloria set the bar. Ms. Gloria’s love for teaching exceeded our expectations. Now our daughter is in the schoolers and goes after school. The entire staff loves their job and their school and it shows beyond any measure. We are so blessed to be a part of Fish Creek Kids Academy.

We love FCKA, the facility is really great and kept well cleaned! My son especially love Ms. Gloria, she took so much time to encourage his knowledge and helped him tremendously on difficult days. We love her! My daughter really loves Ms. Diana, she helped her transition to a big girl class- my daughter would even ask for her at home some days! Ms. Gloria, Ms. Diana, Ms. Rose, Ms. Rachelle, Ms Sara, and Ms Christi.. really all of the teachers are so amazing! We love the schools curriculum as well- the kids learn a lot through fun activities. My son is already fully reading as a kindergartener! Our kids have loved going here and have learned so much! We appreciate all they do and highly recommend FCKA!

This it's the best Daycare in the all areaIt took me long time to choose the best for my baby because we had a terrible experience in the first one, but in FCKA he loves to be here and I feel it's a safe place for him

Would highly recommend Fish Creek Kids Academy. We really adore all our teachers at FCKA. Our 3 children have grown, developed and were well prepared for the next step. Our oldest started in PreK4 and was very well prepared for kindergarten. He was constantly challenged and encouraged to grow and learn. Summer camp is GREAT, they did a lot of fun activities! Our baby did so well in the baby room and I just adored those teachers during that hard time for a working Mom. They did really well with our middle, wild child in keeping him focused. Highly recommend FCKA were everyone treats our kids like family :)

There pre k in my opinion prepares the kids better then what my son got in public school I’m sad I found them after his pre k year. Excited my youngest will get the full learning experience they offer.

I am incredibly grateful for the amazing team at FishCreek.From the very beginning, we felt like a part of their loving community. My toddler, who has been attending since she was just 10 weeks old, adores all of her teachers that we have had, and it warms my heart to see the bond they share. Walking into the toddler room you will see all of the kids engaging with the curriculum and activities. The abundance of love make FishCreek a great place for child care. I wholeheartedly recommendFishCreek to other families looking for a nurturing and enriching daycare experience that goes beyond expectations.
