I only write reviews when I'm either very impressed or very unimpressed. While I don't have a lot of experience with the staff, the manager Jordan is basically one of the most professional, knowledgeable and patient managers I've ever met in retail. He answered all my questions, handled any of my concerns and helped me find and purchase the products I needed when I needed them. His store is the only gamestop I'll shop at simply because I know he knows what he is doing and actually cares for customer satisfaction. The store was very clean and tidy too.

15 minutes past your opening times and the doors are still closed. Great example of why digital is causing these stores to go out of business.

When I walked in 3 minutes after opening and the woman behind the counter was instantly nice and helpful. She was able to help me find the product I needed and we somehow ended up talking about our parents plethora of holiday decorations and how they wouldn’t get rid of them. Its was something small, but i really needed it after the week and especially the morning I had. I don’t know if she realized how much of an impact that little conversation made, but it really did help a lot. I never got her name, but I hope she sees this. She has king light brown hair and a labret piercing.

3 stars for the store being like other stores as far as stock. I am surprised that a store in this position doesn't have friendly, helpful staff. The lady that attended us was doing her best to milk what she could from my wallet. We have a discount available there, she knows it, yet I had to ask for it. Only then did she acknowledge it. And seemed put off to have to apply it. I like rooting for the underdog, but you got to be worth rooting for. The store by the 45 is a bit better.
