I went in to talk about renting a storage unit a few weeks back & met Judy. She was very helpful & pleasant, showed us a few units & answered all our questions. Fast forward to last Thursday. I was trying to rent online but the site wasn’t working properly, so I stopped in early Friday. Both Judy & Stephanie were there and helped me complete the process. Stephanie is equally as great as Judy & I enjoyed interacting with them. It’s always nice to meet up with a friendly face & a smile! Thank you both for being so personable!! Lani

We recently rented out a storage unit so we could have our garage at home back & the customer service we received from Stephanie was top notch! She answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome. Facility is nice, the downside is there is no initiative to keep long term tenants because of the rent rate increases 2 times a year but on the plus side, stephanie is awesome to deal with and will help you out where she can! Thank you steph.
