I recently rented a second unit at Storage King Magnolia which is conveniently close to our home and business which really helps. I noticed the changes in the office space are noticeably nice along with the efficient and friendly service. The units are what's expected and reasonably priced considering the size I need. I appreciate the coded access into the storage area. We've never had an incident or worry about the security or getting flooded out during our five years renting.

One of the best storage places around Houston! I literally will drive the distance to use this location! Because life is about security! It’s just that good between the customer service and the ease of secure access! Thank you for this location! Best ever!

I have to say, Stephanie is the best asset of this property. I went looking for a storage facility to help an elderly family member and Stephanie was not only the most welcoming and helpful soul, but her sheer attention to detail and caring heart are the best. Storage King you have a great team member! Cheers!

I moved my business storage here several months ago from the spring area. My rent was substantially lower, the units and facilities are always clean. The manager Stephanie is very polite and professional. I had issues with deliveries here from amazon and fedex, she was very helpful in helping me to get these issues resolved. As a small business owner i feel this storage facility has been an asset to my business.

Storage king and its staff have been amazing. The staff in the front office are super helpful and are very kind. I would recommend going into the office and talking to the great people up there if you are looking for your storage needs to be met. I’m more than confident that they will be able to help you!

Been using this facility for years upon years. When the ownership changed hands a few months ago, the transition was seem less and the staff working the office has been nothing short of amazing. Super friendly staff and very controlled environment for all your storage needs. If I could rate 10 stars I would!

Maddy was amazing!!! Answered all my questions and helped me find a really nice storage and a pretty decent price!!! The facility was clean and trash free!!! I felt very secure renting a storage here!!! 10/10 will recommend to all my friends!!!!!!!!! ❤️?

I wanted to say that this is the best storage facility that I've ever used, the price is great I have 24-hour access. Stephanie is wonderful she goes above and beyond for the customers and I appreciate that and I'll never use another storage facility because of that that's very important to me and I appreciate it. King storage and Stephanie thanks for all your work and loyalty

The staff at this location has been absolutely fantastic. They’re friendly and fast and take wonderful care of the facility. My unit was sparkling clean upon move in and is easy to access and super convenient. Honestly thinking about getting an additional space with them for some tools just to clean up the garage a bit. I wish every storage experience I’ve had has been as effortless as this one! Thank you Storage King USA! You’re Magnolia location is top notch!!!!

We recently rented 2 storage units at the FM2978 location. The process was very easy. The property is clean and well lit - we were there until 10pm and felt very safe. It was a pleasure working with Stephanie! She is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location.

If I could give negative star ratings, I would. A 1 star is too good for them. Rates go up every couple of months. I was totally happy with Great Spaces, was paying $160 a month. Immediately when SK mixed in, rates went to $189 in late August. OCTOBER they went up again...my current bill...$326!!!!! GREEDY!!!! Go anywhere else!!
