DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! They *will* destroy it. Seriously, go anywhere else. This place needs to be shut down.

I had a horrible experience with this location. They lied to me, told me one thing and did another. It has been 3 months since they gave me my vehicle back not completed. To this day have a vehicle that is missing parts "they are still waiting for the parts from dealership", they say... broken parts on my vehicle, and a vehicle that was given back to me not in the condition before the accident. On top of it all they left me with a $500 charge from enterprise that I was told they would cover no problem multiple times. I called them 6 times and have went up there well over 4 different times asking when is parts going to be in and when can they fix the issues and I'm just getting blown off. I have been very patient with them. The manager there told me he would get back to me with answers and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting on that call back. I understand I’m obviously after 3 months am not a valued customer to them.

Long story short.. poor job, employees are not on the same page, run around about your car. My car was there for 1month and a week…PLEASE KNOW THE 5 star reviews are PAID and BEGGED for after they F up. So save yourself a headache and find somewhere else!Picture below is one of the issues, door was way off! Fixed after complaining about his poor job .. there were more issues.

Fantastic job with my vehicle, it looked like I was getting in a brand new vehicle. Chuck was very professional and courteous. Be assured, they do everything they can to make sure that the customer is taken care of. Thank you so much

I had a bad experience here. The employee and management are unprofessional. They will over-quote your insurance and not complete all items mentioned in the estimate, plus a poor job. They charged the insurance for an engine undercover but didn't put it. I noticed after pick up and complained. It's been over two months, and the manager won't do anything! He doesn't take my calls anymore. I kept dropping messages to the front desk to no avail just because I had been busy to stop by. Not recommended.

I have utilized this shop for 2 different repairs as it came recommended by my insurance company. The estimator, Louis, is awesome. The second vehicle I took to them to have repaired was returned with the air conditioning not working. I contacted the shop and was told that louis had been moved to the tomball location. I attempted to deal with a manager, Ricardo. Verbally, he is polite and agreeable but failed to return my phone calls multiple times. I had to essentially bring my vehicle to the shop and drop it off. To get them to look at it, the air conditioning is fixed and subsequently stopped working one week later. After another around of phone tag and bring the vehicle back to the shop again. Ricardo failed to provide me with the itemized work that had been completed so I could confirm it was related to the AC. He stated he would contact my insurance company to make it right but never advised me of the status. After numerous attempts to track him down, he told me to contact them myself. Supposedly, he had emailed them, and they were not responding. What a complete waste of my time! One of my vehicles recently sustained damage, and need to take it to be repaired. I will not utilize Classic Collision for this repair. I was happy with the work but spent a lot of time dealing with the company. This is why I still gave them two stars.

Took our vehicle in for some front in damage and now the deadline for completion will be 3 weeks late in 48 hours. Communication on issues and delays have been non-existent and presumably this 3 week delay is regarding a headlight (mind you was not damaged and operational when dropped off). Between the lack of communication and the fact that we've waited 3 weeks for essentially a headlight issue I'd caution anyone to seek elsewhere. Our contact Ricardo has been terrible about responding or returning calls. When deadlines are this far late I expect some form of communication on when we can get our vehicle back. Look at all the recent reviews, it's apparent there's issues in house with deadlines.

Initially I wrote bad review (previous manager Curtis) but since then the management changed and it is day and night difference. New manager Ricardo immediately jumped in, ordered the part and within 24hrs the car was fixed.

I’ve been trying to pick up my car from them since Monday. Each day being told it will be ready the following day. Now my car is not ready and it is the weekend. I’ve waited 40 minutes for them to call me back and now they are closed. At this point they have had my car for over a month so now I am paying the cost of the rental car out of my own pocket. Still have no idea when I will be getting my car back from them.

I thought I'd had a minor fender bender. A little while later before I had the jeep examined my starter motor died, at a really low mile. When they got my vehicle apart they ended up finding major issues with the engine as a result of the frame pushing into it from the angle of the accident. Investigating that further a hole was found in the transmission. Ultimately the appraisal for the cosmetic was under 2k, but when they uncovered the hidden issues that were going to be issues that hadn't been seen the vehicle was totalled. I'm sad to be out my car but happy to not be dealing with long standing issues from overlooked damages.

I was referred to Classic Collision by my insurance after rear ending a vehicle in my 4runner. Upon calling the shop to schedule a drop off for an estimate, I spoke to Scott who made it very clear to me that the shop does NOT do estimates and that I would have to provide the estimate for my car to be repaired at Classic Collision. Ironically after speaking to my insurance, I was suddenly able to drop off my vehicle for an estimate. I provided head lamps for the shop to install and was instructed by my insurance to inform and leave the invoice for the estimator, Scott. I found out later he never made contact, nor did he include or make note in the estimate. When I picked up my vehicle, after having communication issues and the vehicle taking a day longer to fix than as promised, the first thing I noticed was the orange peel texture paint on the new body panels (not smooth mirror finish like the OEM factory paint), MISSING hood air deflector and my driver side hi beam lamp not functioning; inside the vehicle screws and miscellaneous parts left all over the seats. The following day I noticed the windshield wiper fluid not functioning. I made time to bring it back to the shop where it was determined that I would have to leave the vehicle there and I was provided a ride home and later that day my vehicle was dropped off to me with the windshield wiper fluid issue resolved, and APPEARED with a hood air deflector that was previously missing. The driver’s side hi beam lamp is still not functioning and now I find that the hood latch has seized and won’t release the hood. I make more time in the same week to get the issues resolved, Scott tells me that he was able to fix the hood issue but not the hi beam lamp due to it being LED and that “we dont mess with that stuff”. I later investigate and find that whomever reassembled the vehicle and installed the NEW driver side head lamp bent one of the pins on the connector for the hi-beam lamp.I cannot recommend this shop; the work done on my vehicle was rushed and sloppy. I had one expectation and it was for my vehicle to be returned to me looking and functioning the way it was before my accident. I find it ironic that I come to this collision shop to have my vehicle repaired, paid for the services and received my vehicle NOT fully functioning, and am lied to treated like an inconvenience. Not all was bad; I will say the body panels were aligned well and that Wendy, the receptionist, and Christian, who drove me home, were wonderful people along with the staff I spoke to, but Scott and the shop’s work I cannot stand behind; there is no accountability or integrity. Honesty is clearly not Scott’s strong suit; I have learned that Scott will not help unless he is obligated to. I keep hearing about their lifetime warranty but what is the point of it when the initial work at hand is not completed? Now I understand mistakes happen and I would probably would not have written this review had the issues I had on my vehicle were fully resolved, but unfortunately I was lied to and turned away after giving so many chances.I cannot say I am surprised at this experience as it matches up with the many other 1 star reviews that I have read.Services: Installation

Another car had hit my car when it was trying to park. As a result, my car had dents and long scratches on my car's rear quarter panel, with rear-side bumper and tire rim damage. Insurance recommended Classic Collision 1488 East. Everything went very smoothly! Brought my vehicle in and Wendy (front desk person) helped us right away to get my car in for immediate start on fixing. She even helped us arrange for a rental car. During the whole process, Noah (our contact person for our car repairs) kept us informed and was always there when we had questions. Very knowledgeable! Wonderful staff there! My car is fixed and the work is perfect! It looks great! Great work! Highly recommend!

They didn’t replace parts of the car they said they repaired. Scott lied to me over and over about the problems with the car. This place is Clearly not cut out to be Repairing cars. They can’t even find damage that other Collision centers are able to find easily.THIS place is Crooked and you should definitely take your car somewhere else!Scott also insulted me while I was on the phone with him!
