Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. I had a small minor dent in the bumper that they “fixed” (for thousands of dollars and took over 2 weeks longer than they said it would). I get my car back with a broken windshield and my bumper completely popped out within a few days (it was fine before). My car is far more damaged than it was when I took it in and I’m out thousands.

Excellent experience!!!My baby (car) got into a minor accident, and needed body work for repairs. I am very happy to say that the vehicle looks PERFECT following the repairs performed by Classic Collision!I am OCD when it comes to my car. This makes me particularly hard to deal with…. However, the team and management at the local Classic Collision branch in Magnolia were amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. I could tell they took pride in their work. After dealing with the shop, they have earned my trust. I will absolutely use this shop for any future body-work/repair needs!Also, after reviewing the repair bill, the prices they charge for the high quality work is very reasonable!! Highly recommended this shop!

I was towed here for after getting rear ended. Dealing with these people was like getting rear ended again. I was told an eta and it passed. No one called. I called and kept getting told a new date. That date would pass and on and on and on...no calls no updates. Poor customer service. A month later get my car. The repair lines are visible and not seamless to the body. I just said whatever. I wasn't taking it back to have it there another month with no news. Go anywhere but here if you value your time and care about results.

Small details on my vehicle repair were skipped over. Did not install proper tint or even clip in all the plastic pieces on my rear door. Very disappointing experience. Still have a piece of my bumper hanging that was not properly attached. I'll have to seek real professionals to get the job done right.Services: Painting

My Kia Stinger was damaged by road debris. The whole front end piece, the grill, the access panel underneath & the intercooler for the turbo, had to be replaced. My insurance company sent me here. They did a good job putting my front clip back together. It's been a year or so since I had the work done. I just haven't had time to spend online. They even discovered that what I thought was a bad paint job on the top of the car, was a wrap that the previous owner had applied. A different body shop where I had gotten estimates for the front end, had given me estimates to repaint the top, as they didn't notice that it was a wrap. So, the guy at Classic Collision seems to know what he's doing. I am giving 4 stars because they did a good job & I haven't had any issues with the work done. They declined to remove my wrap, but that's ok since it's not what I took the car in for initially. At least they pointed out that it was a wrap & not bad paint, like the other shop. I decided to only give 5 stars if they more than meet my expectations. I would definitely use this shop again. They were more knowledgeable & did a better job than 2 other shops I have dealt with in recent years!

Poor work ethic slapped parts together didn’t fix remote issue from wiring harness didn’t line the driver door back correctly put some cheap fender and fender liner on wasn’t OEM water could get in on driver door had to take back for them to “fix”the wiring harness remote start and line the door back used same cheap fender still isn’t lined up how it should be should be a gap around headlight but it’s just pinched down on it replaced fender liner with a better one overall terrible job there’s a bubble in the paint to on fender also it was a insurance claim job,management was very nice could use quality control in the shop but it is what it is

Don't bother with these circus clowns! The receptionist likes to argue the fact that she was not informed on what was going on with my vehicle and "claims" that's not what's she was told , but hey whatever makes her " think" she's actually doing her job,right? Her professionalism really shined when we were waiting in the lobby five minutes and she decides to roll in on a personal cell phone call and just pass us up with nothing to say, the other person in back just looked up and looked back down,lol no surprises there. One of the " mechanics " and that's giving him too much credit "claimed" to have personally fixed my vehicle mind you this is the second time I HAD to take it back because they "must have missed" that part,anyways when I asked him if my radiator had been removed in the process "l("since" he claimed to have worked on it personally) the clueless clown couldn't even answer that question. Needless to say after the third time of not doing their job, I took it to a real collision center who did NOT disappoint and actually did "personally " work on our vehicle they were a waste of my time and money. They need to be retrained or replaced with professional and competent workers.

ETA:We received my Durango back yesterday (12/30) and it’s looking as good as new, inside & out. I’ve driven it a couple of times since and so far, it’s functioning without issue.I’ve changed my 1-star review to a 5 mostly due to the persistence and diligence put forth by Kyle (manager at the 9605 FM 1488 location, I believe?). . .although this journey has been long and difficult, the flip switched once Kyle became aware of the situation and took action to resolve it. He went above and beyond what was expected with the rental fees we accumulated (this was a huge weight off of our shoulders in and of itself), but he also communicated openly and honestly with my husband about the status of the car and when we could expect it to be completed (unfortunately, the rest of the team did not seem as transparent in their conversations) so, we’d like to thank Kyle specifically for lighting that fire.______________________________________I was involved in an accident with a drunk driver on Sep. 10, and my car was taken to the Magnolia, TX location to be repaired. It’s now almost 3 months later, and my car has yet to be returned. My husband has called almost every day to get an update and it seems we’re always told “we’re waiting on an item to arrive”, “we’re getting to that today”, or “we should be done by the end of this week”.I understand that some things are out of their control and I have tried to be understand; however, I can’t even begin to mention how financially strained we are with all of the rental fees…we’ve lost $1,055 (and counting) of money that we don’t even have in the first place, making this Christmas an incredibly sparse and difficult one. Getting my car back would be a huge fix to this burden that my family is currently going through, and I’m asking if any action can be taken to expedite this process.Thank you in advance.

If i could give a 0 star i would worst store everrr they had my car since the November 7th i picked it up on december 13th i would call and everytime it was the car will be done next week lies lies if you want your car to stay here for more then a month my accident was not even bad RUNNN DONT TAKE IT HERE AT ALL!! Worst service everrrThe manager is nice but good luck trying to catch him.
