Louis handsome Hubbard was extremely professional, fast and made sure all the boxes were checked, couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommended if you need services done to your air conditioning, me and my family were able to enjoy an air conditioned house for Christmas this year.

Do not use this company.
Following my wife's review. You showed up to check our AC and dampers not opening. You said nothing about the drain pan at the time of the first visit because it wasn't overflowing or a problem.
The day after you came out, we called because our ceiling was flooding (we were told later it was condensation because you cut open our ductwork and didn't reseal). You showed back up and told us you couldn't help us until we signed this liability waiver. You then told us our drain pan was faulty and that you could replace it but it wouldn't be covered under warranty. We accepted that but then you never responded or came back out to fix anything.
You caused a problem and then ran away from it. Costed us a couple more thousand dollars.

They were assigned to us through our home warranty company. They cut holes in our ductwork to check our dampeners and didn’t reseal them. This eventually lead to condensation building up in our drain pan and leaking through our ceiling. They told us our drain pan was not a proper pan (so it was conveniently not covered) and we have gotten a second opinion that that was not the case.

Dean the Tech and Joey the Owner came out and made things right even though there were several issues with the failed compressor in the outside AC Condenser. There was a problem with the Alliance compressor unit that is used on the American Standard units and two replacement compressors later, the system was fixed and it was a testament to the guys that stuck with it and got it done. Many thanks for their help and expertise.

My home warranty assigned this company. The technician arrived right on time of our appointment. He identified the problem of our furnace and replaced the malfunction part quickly. I will give 5 stars based on my experience.

Michael, the AC tech was very kind, professional and knowledgeable as to what was going on with the new AC that was installed in my home but the original AC installer : The Chill Brothers did not install the AC correctly thus causing a lot of issues. Michael found out what was going on and is in the process of replacing a part that is not functioning and will stop by again when the part is received as ordered!! I would recommend the company and Michael any time one needs AC fixed! Thank you

J-Tech came out through AHS warranty when our a/c was not turning on and told me the drain line was clogged in our A/C. The technician cleared the drain line out just fine but didn't realize that a coupling in the line came loose during the clearing process and a couple of days later we found a little bit of water coming through the ceiling (from the A/C condensation drain coupling). We talked to J-tech and they came back out on a Sunday and fixed the drain line. They also sent a drywall guy to repair the ceiling damage from the leak later on (Nat Drywall, whom I highly recommend). Side note, I would recommend talking to David (the manager) rather than the Owner. The Owner, when he called me, told me they would not fix the damage, but David called back later that day and said they were definitely going to make things right and repair the ceiling. Thanks for the quick A/C fix, and thanks for coming around and making things right with the ceiling (good as new) J-Tech!

Had a problem with a leak regarding our air condition in the attic. Jay Tech mechanical sent out Elijah to assess what was wrong. Mr. Elijah immediately assess what was wrong and explained it very clearly. He then fixed the problem immediately. I am very pleased with his work knowledge and Professionalism Thank you, Elijah and thank you, Jay Tech mechanical. If I need work on my air condition again I will definitely give you a call. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
