The technician tried to scam me. He wanted to put in a new cabin and air filter for $90.00 each. Both were clean! Then when I told him no, he offered a discount. This angered me on the spot, then he told me I needed a new battery. I stopped him and paid my bill. No vacuum inside of the car or water offered. We were both angry and my oil change light is still on. I guess I will have to use YouTube to fix that myself. Won't use your services again! I was a repeat customer too!

They have been doing a great job for me for many years now. Good service, no problems- they got me in and out for an oil change and fluid check in about 20 minutes this Sunday afternoon. Thanks!

Went in for state inspection ONLY. They tried the upsell routine on everything they could think of including oil change, spark plugs, coolant, brake fluid, air filter, and cabin air filter, none of which the truck needed because I do my own maintenance. Waste of time when you just want a quick inspection. But the REAL annoyance is that they reinstalled my cabin air filter that I didn’t ask them to remove UPSIDE down, dumping dirt into my air system. Thanks geniuses.

Pricing is absolutely horrible, I was charged 55.00 for an oil change, and i provided my own oil because it’s hard to find at local retailers.
My usual shop charges $22.00 and i furnish the oil. Furthermore, it’s good customer service and customary for a shop to top off all fluids during an oil change, these guys want to charge you for everything 9.99 to top off fluids in addition to what they were already charging its a bit ridiculous.
Stay away from this over priced place, i wont be doing any business there.

Do not recommend, sat around for more than an hour with no service. They sat around, just talking to each other most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a Jiffy Lube.

Was told my services would be done in an hour to an hour and a half. Ended up spending 4 hours there. Minimal communication between the staff. If you’re someone that’s not knowledgeable about cars, bring someone that does so you don’t get unnecessary services done. Will not be returning.
