Dr George and the techs there are amazing. I also see another doctor there which I can't place her. nme right now but she is equally amazing! I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. They are kind friendly and genially concerned about my pets. They work with me to insure I get everything I need done within. my budget even if it's spread out over a couple visits. they have an app that is super cool and convenient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vets office that feels like family everyone here you can tell actually loves there job nd loves pets ... #1 vets office

This review is more geared towards, Maddie, a vet technician. A few months ago I brought our German Shepherd in for an emergency visit and unfortunately we had to say good bye to Zero that afternoon. For as long as I can remember (I don't know exactly how long she has worked here) she has taken care of him. He was 9 years old. At times he was intimidating just given his breed. He attached himself closely to me thus he normally did not like being away from me when he knew I was nearby. Not like going to work and separating him for hours. Maddie would always be the one to take him in the back for the quick nail trims, shots, etc. And also when we actually had a patient room and she had to take him in the back for other tests. A few years ago Zero had an incident in a business where he got scared of thunder from a rapidly moving storm while simultaneously a stranger just got too close and he lunged at her and bit but it was superficial. The next couple visits I warned the techs and Maddie (this was after I actually paid attention to who was taking him in the back) that he may get scared or nervous so please be careful. Not one time when he was with Maddie did she have anything negative to say (nor did anyone but I only recall her ever taking him). He always got complimented; never an issue. The day he left us she spent nearly the entire time with us because she had formed such a bond with him that she was family. She wasn't his tech that day but she made sure to be with him in his final moments. He was trained in German commands and I asked her to use just a couple so he is better controllable and she did as far as I knew. I stopped by today for a nail trim and shot for his brother that is a Mini Aussie. Maddie and I spoke since this was the first time seeing her in a while. She truly cares for her patients and I hope she will be the one to always take care of our pups as my wife and I do not have kids so these dogs are our loves. Zero was my first dog and I had always wanted a GSD so he will always hold a special place in my heart. The fact that Maddie did not negatively affect the final memories of my best friend...well, there are no words. She was always there for him and she was there for my wife and I, and Zero.We have had mostly good visits here. Some times when it is busy it can be a little slow to get seen. The day I had to bring Zero in I called ahead of time advising it was an emergency visit. I had to carry him in and the front desk ladies did not seem concerned. Another woman had to go to the back and tell them that there was a very ill German Shepherd up front. Of course it was Maddie that came out first. The interaction with the front office ladies was upsetting to me for the public showing of apathy to our 90lb dying Zero that I was carrying. Regardless, we still will continue to use MAC and recommend them highly.Thank you, Maddie, for all you do.

As always, you all care for the Friends of Faye Rescue pups we bring in, like family. We thank you all! Most recently, you helped with the tough diagnosis and treatement of Misty, a diabetic owner surrender. She is already making a huge comeback and feeling amazing. Thank you!
