Left here in tears for what was supposed to be a simple French tip bday present to myself. They completely did not listen to what i had asked to do. I asked for acrylic nail on my feet with French tip they assured me they understood then continued to do a. Regular French tip not even gel. Then when i pointed out to them the mess up they said ohhh we can have someone else come and do it but you’ll have to pay for both. Like what!!! So i said no just forget it. It comes time to pay the bill they ask my friend and I are we paying to their or separate i tell them separate. They charge me with her bill. I can’t. I was so fed up i walked out after paying. For sure never coming back. You really do pay for the service should have just drove the extra 20 mins to Milano spa.

I came here for a couple of years, then I took a nail break all together. Started going to a new place for a bit and came back here with my daughter (who also used to come with me all the time) and everyone was so nice and happy to see us (which I don't expect). Came back again, and was treated like a complete stranger - but worse!! They know me and totally ignored me - weird bc they gave me hugs the last time. That's not how you get customers back. I stopped my nail process and said I would go somewhere else where they might actually want to do my nails, LOL. Grow up, nail techs( Kim and Jason)! It's going to be ok if people go other places!!!

Another business whose quality is going down the drain…. Leaving 3 bc I have mixed experiences here.
Last visit:
French manicure - pics attached- beautiful work my usual guy, loved them!
Then THIS visit, bad work:
Lavender nails - pics attached— same guy did them. I had an appt and I guess they overbooked so he basically rushed my nails bc he had another client waiting.
Here’s how I left: nails over filed to show my thumb underbed poking out ABOVE my nail, bulky shellac, nails filed crooked, tacky job.
For context, my nails grow long and FAST, so it’s not like I asked him to trim nails that was already short. They were long when I went in and I told him to file them down shorter. HE just overfiled them bc he was rushing.
I hope management is paying attention to our reviews bc the reviews are getting worse and worse for Magnolia Nails. I WANT them to be amazing since so close to my home. But based on other reviews, their work is getting tacky.
I have sent two people here this week and myself makes 3. After yesterday, I’m not sending anyone else unless they get better.
NOTE:
To be fair, Amanda did a great job on my pedicure last couple times and this time. I recommend her for pedis bc so far she’s consistent.
Even though I left displeased with my fingernails, I tipped $30 for this bc I’m a good customer. I won’t do it again if my nails look like this when I leave his chair.

Hope to save someone else from the horrible experience. Lines are not straight nor symmetrical. My daughter got her eyebrows waxed and came out in tears. One is thinner than the other and misshapen. When I complained they just stayed quiet. I will never go back.

I went there as my first time last week since im new in the area and my nails already broken. they popped off quick. Dont recommend.

I went here yesterday afternoon and asked for short coffin with one design the guy there did my nails was very aggressive and rude left my nail looking crooked then proceeded to to tell me it was just my finger I finished off with this very nice girl who did my design honestly she was the best part I went home and could not ignore what a terrible job he did so I came back after this other lady agreed with me they finally agreed to fix it I left the next moring not even half way into my day I'm siting scrolling on my phone and my nail came off I went back to get it fixed the couldn't take me cause they were pack I have to wait till Monday overall the service was terrible the only reason I'm giving this place a star is because they young lady who did my design was awesome and very polite about everything. I wouldn't recommend coming here I won't be back.

The staff was nice, but the tech did not know what she was doing. I asked for a mite modern service that the receptionist claimed they offered. While yes, they have the tools for the service, it was obvious the trch had no idea what to do. My previous set was taken off incorrectly, there was little to no prep, the tech pulled up a YouTube video, had me help her with the service itself, and applied the nails on very crooked. I personally have trouble speaking up in environments like these, but this was so bad I had to get up and leave the salon. I'm very dissapointed as the receptionist could've simply told me no, or that they have only recently started providing the service. This was a waste of my time and money; which is very unfortunate because the staff was nice.

Went to get a pedicure and a new acrylic set. Basic French tip. Lines are not straight. There are big blobs in the polish. A lot of extra product under the nails. I have bleeding sore spots from my skin being filed and not my nails. I had to go home and cut the nails off bc of everything. You would think with as much as they charge they would make sure everything is done right.

My wife and I just went this morning to get her a manicure and a pedicure and we left very dissatisfied. The man who did her manicure would not listen to what she wanted, completely shaved down her nails leaving them very flimsy and will probably break within the week, and she was covered in the powder/nail shavings. He trimmed down two of her nails but left every other nail all sorts of different lengths and didn’t take the time to make sure any of her nails were trimmed evenly across. I’m very disappointed in the experience we had and spent what we did, just to have to take her to get them redone with someone who knows what they are doing.

I went to get my nails done for my daughter and I and there were two Trump signs displayed in the window. As a former business owner I believe it is in very bad taste to post political or religious views in your window. I will never visit this place again.

So I tried to get my nails done today. Got there at 5:30 with a friend. We waited a good 15 to 20 minutes to get nails. They came got my friend told me to wait until next available nail tech. So I did. When next tech was available they choose 3 people that just walked in instead. Now 45 minutes waiting and still my nails are not getting done. Then next available tech grabbed someone else instead of me again I've been waiting. And hour now waiting and at this point it seemed as if NO ONE WANTED TO HELP THE HISPANIC WOMEN!! so I'm mad at this point everyone who walked after me got taken just not me! Idk if it's a race thing but I sure was the only Mexican in there. Very disappointed. I will recommend no one to go there! I really didn't appreciate ? how they made me feel as if I wasn't important enough to have my nails done. My friend was done with hers then oh as I'm choosing to leave want to decide to have time for mine. So No! Very upset! The hostess however was sweet and I enjoyed the conversations we shared! However I won't be back!
