Was in between moving places so I placed all of my items into Gulf State Storage in a temperature controlled unit. They provided great customer service and communication. The quality and cleanliness of their storage units is unlike any I’ve ever seen. Great place to store your items if you are looking for a storage unit. Highly recommend!

We rented 2 units for around 6 months! These people are so great honestly I never thought I’d be so happy with a storage facility. They answer all texts and questions swiftly and we’re so friendly and helpful through the process.Excellent customer service is so rare these days that it’s important to praise where praise is due. These people really know what it means to provide good customer service. We would absolutely recommend them to others and would use them again, if we ever needed storage again!

Have used this location for about 4 years now. I was able to create storage at my property so I didn’t have a need for my unit anymore. I’ve never had an issue with the facility or communication with them. It was easy to access my unit and it was always very clean.

This storage facility is great. Truly recommend them to anyone. Clean units and friendly service. They are prompt at responding to any issues, always give monthly updates to see how much will be charged and when. They are also able to text and email with you if you do not like to talk over the phone.

First off I would like to say that the owner and staff of this company and business are special people and deserve the best in their lives as individuals. Also I would like to say that if it weren’t for their support and what I call love and kindness along with understanding I would have lost all my belongings. But they were so thankfully kind, caring and helpful that they things out with that allowed me to keep my beloved belongings. I personally am gratefully thankful to all who work there and I personally recommend Magnolia Storage to anyone in need of their services.
