Dr. Salazar and the entire staff are always helpful and friendly. They were wonderful in the past with one of my older dogs and now they treat my two younger boys. They always take time to discuss the care and treatment. I also never feel they try to upsell any product or treatment. I trust them fully with my dogs care and highly recommend them to others.

I LOVE this veterinarian group. They are very personal and very caring, and they always treat me like I’m family. I get great advice on other dogs that are not even there to be serviced without a problem from my vet and from the Technician,, Lauren Always treats me like a friend. All the Technicians are so kind and very good with my pups. And the staff at the desk, Kayrl and Susan are always Respectful and fun. I always enjoy going there. Can’t say the same for my pups but they’re OK and they’re treated very well.

If you order flea preventative/medicine that requires vet approval through Chewy's, the vet charges you $10 per animal a year for any prescriptions...I have never had a vet do that before. That is absolutely ridiculous. I do not understand why they are charging us for something we ARE NOT purchasing through them AT ALL. All that being said, the check up was okay and the vet was nice.

They have been great in helping us with an older cat, easy and excellent referrals for procedures that are not in their abilities. Always have time to discuss the issues in detail.

We needed a new vet as our long-time vet retired. Magnolia vet. Hospital. was recommended to us. Dr. McGinley has been great with our large malamute, and the vet technicians have all been great as well.

Good service by knowledgeable, caring people, with very little wait. The only detraction is that most of their prices seem high to me.

I drove one hour to have my dog seen. I work vet specialty and trust and know the doctors and staff. It was my first visit with my baby and they were absolutely incredible! So sweet and kind from the moment I called to schedule. My baby had been sneezing uncontrollably and it ended up being his teeth. I scheduled the dental and he had 7 teeth pulled. They do amazing things to keep them out of pain. The sneezing stopped and he's like a different pup. The hour drive there and back it totally worth it!! Your babies couldn't be in better hands.

If I could put 10 stars I would. The entire staff there took such good care of us through our Dog, Boomer's last days. The staff went above and beyond all the way to the end. The Vet was always upfront with us and always had his best interest in mind. On his final visit, I was running late due to work and they stayed after to make sure we were taken care of and never rushed us. Thank you MVH!

Giving two stars is being generous. My son spent $600 last week and they said bring your dog back in for a recheck at no charge. Obviously. You would think just a recheck is not a charge. They said my son wasn't telling the truth and that a recheck is always a charge. It became evident that they could have cared less about the customer. Vet tech "I did not say that don't put words in my mouth" "fine we will just turn you in". Like $48 is not a big deal but you just lost thousands of dollars over a "misunderstanding?" Customer service is not their forté. Have spent thousands with them to squabble over $48 that was told no charge to my son. Have a lab getting ready to have puppies. Just spent $300 on her. Spent $1700 on dental for two weenie dogs. It's not about the money (although expensive), it's about the way you just treated one of your customers. As I stated on the phone, your vet absolutely deserves to be paid for his time. Not arguing that. Your customer went through a misunderstanding. Let me give you some customer service tips one on one since I have read your responses to other dissatisfied customers. 1. You never accuse the customer of any wrong doing even if they were wrong. 2. A simple misunderstanding should have been “I am so sorry for the misunderstanding, we will not charge you this time, but in the future just be aware that there is a charge for a recheck of a wound. 3. What can we do to make this right. We want to earn your business and trust.Your response to customers are 1st grade level “he said she said” responses. Maybe going to some customer service recurrent training classes can help y’all with educated growth in customer service. My guess is that you do not need customers or you wouldn’t treat them this way. It’s sad and eventually thus will catch up to your business. I really enjoyed and respect the veterinarians, but the office manager has no business running this office.

Seemed a little pricey. As a new patient they have you pay a deposit when you schedule an appointment. They tell you that the deposit will come off your bill when you go to pay. However the young girl "forgot" to remove it from our bill so we paid twice for my dog's check up. So I have a credit on my account to use the next time I go back in.

Dr. Salazar is kind, knowledgeable and has help turn my 3.2 pound baby to a 12 pound cat that is going on a diet. When we got her, the vomited all of her food (ALL OF IT) He sent to her to an Internist who diagnosed her with food allegeries. Both Docs tried anti nausea meds, and others, but nothing worked. She lost her hair so he send her to a Dermatologist who said she was allergic to soy. And, had mites she was certain. Dr. Salazar's staff did the lime baths, changed the food again and she no longer is on meds and is a chub. All her hair is back. Due to Dr. Salazar's expertise, I have a healthy cat. His staff are so helpful and so nice. Glad he isn't too far from home...
