I will literally take everything I own and put it in the front yard and set fire to it before I would ever, ever, EVER deal with this facility again.To add full disclosure we did end up losing our storage because of health issues and struggling to keep up in this economy, BUT that being said I have done a tremendous amount of research on storage facilities and we offered a pay to vacate solution.I'm not sure how "Susan" gets 5 star reviews on here unless it's friends or family members, or compensating people to post good reviews, or maybe creates these profiles herself, but I can tell you WHY there are no bad reviews, because she threatens you to not post the truth.Let me tell me about this "woman". I had reached out to see if we could at least be given the opportunity to get our family photos back, after the sale........ if it were possible to reach out to the buyer, but "Susan" absolutely REFUSED to do so, told me she hopes I "sleep well" now and literally threatened me not to leave a negative review.Now she's going to post her hateful, nasty response to this post and most likely post our personal information as well for good measure, but that will ABSOLUTELY PROVE MY POINT and she will show you herself, how they lie, and how awful these people are with the forthcoming response. Her partner is worse if that's even possible. When I brought up the pay to vacate solution to them ....he laughed. Who does that??? I'm so glad I could provide comedy relief to the staff at MBS.They are completely hoping you lose everything, and as I've said I did a lot of research into this subject recently and even the big national chains offer this solution and a regional manager of one of those facilities even stated they don't want people to lose anything and do everything possible to help them out including payment arrangements to break up your past due or that pay for vacate, not so with MBS, they want to help you all right..........help you out of everything you own with a HUGE smile on their faces.Susan walks around claiming to be such a huge Christian, but be wary of people who feel the need to say this, she's not. If she ever says she "will pray for you" that's your death knell. You might as well just walk away then because you've already lost.I have paid every dime they've ever charged me until I couldn't swing it this month, but as I have said Susan will come back and lie and say how she's such a good person and this is a great facility and they help people, etc etc but that's totally false. There could have been a solution. If you're going to "help" people right out of their belongings is it really necessary to add insult to injury by being hateful and rude about it? Probably not for most people. Yes, it's our fault we fell behind but we offered a very good solution that pretty much every other facility offers, but oh no they won't "help" you here.So I'm ignoring her threats and still posting this review because people really need to know it's not all roses at MBS like they say, it's a very shady place and whoever reads this might at least wonder why. For a facility's staff to actually ENJOY people's struggles is really not ok and certainly not Christian. That's my main point I want to make here, be cautious..... this is the kind of people you'll be dealing with. They are not the 5 star reviews you see.

if you want to keep your stuff, you will stay away from this place. Susan calls herself a Christian Lady, although I find that hard to believe. she won work with anyone on a storage unit. You a day late, she threatens you with notices they're gonna sell your stuff. Also, I don't actually know how they're in business. I read they haven't paid their property taxes and they lost their license. Just saying, you want to lose your stuff, Go ahead and do business with the So Called Christian. You will soon find out!

Top notch service! The professionalism and kindness from the ladies at Magnolia’s Best Storage are something you don’t see that much anymore. Their expertise and helpful insights helped me to get the storage unit size I needed as well as a uhaul. Mrs. Susan is a delight to talk to. She definitely runs a great business with great employees.

I can highly recommend this company. I have used them twice now, and each time the service has been fantastic! Susan and her team have provided fast and friendly service with a smile. And their rates are competitive with everyone around. They truly are Magnolia’s Best!

So customer service was good. The truck rental they have the 26 footer. Extremely dangerous! Brakes and the interior cab light don’t work had to unpack in the dark. The steering pump is out on it and whining like a pig. Just all around a dangerous truck. Please service this truck and don’t endanger anyone else

Brand new super clean gated facility with surveillance gives you peace of mind that your belongings are safe here. No need to call any other place. Magnolia’s Best storage is the go to place for short and long term storage.
