“Was in need of a mattress specifically for a daybed. Jason was able to ask just a couple of questions and then make suggestions based upon my responses. I purchased the third suggestion and without any hesitation. Jason was also extremely helpful in suggesting the perfect pillow that provided the specific support that I was needing. I highly recommend Jason at the Magnolia Mattress Firm Store! And, by the way, the mattress was even 60% off due to a sale!”

“We had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Evan. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. He took the time to explain the differences between the mattresses, including quality, durability, comfort, and pricing, so we could make an informed decision.
Evan answered all of our questions in detail and showed us a wide variety of options that fit different budgets and needs. His professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.
If you’re looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend asking for Evan. He truly goes above and beyond to help his customers. Thank you for such a great experience!”

“Lawrence was friendly and helpful when I showed him what I had located on Avocado’s website and even had everything in the showroom for me to get a feel for. He got me in and out with financing approved for my purchase in 15 minutes with no attempt to upsell anything. The only thing he seemed to care about was my comfort and he will also set everything up as well as haul off my old mattress when the new one arrives next week. Good people whom I look forward to purchasing from in the future!”
