Worst service I have seen in years. The store has Low inventory of products. This particular branch does validate its companies own receipts on refunds or returns. Fraud business practices at this particlar Metro by T-mobile branch store.

I want to apologize to your Owner, and the staff! Google asked me to review a store, it gave me yours. I have never been to your store, in Magnolia. I went to the Tmobil in Montgomery off of the 105. They were the ones who were rude.Again I am sorry for this mistake.

Unethical employees, strongly lack of knowledge, rather tell you to go back and call customer service. I was having trouble with my new service line, and the dude kept insisting that my phone was a Verizon when in fact I bought it 2 years ago with them, and been using it with t-mobile.This store need real IT personal. Send those back to the flea market.

They make their customers add insurance when they don't want it. They can be rude too.and also they jack up the prices on their accessories like phone cases, screen protector.
