Today I purchased a computer system, Microsoft office and some aaa batteries from this location.On my way out I noticed an office desk chair on sale so I placed my purchases in my Yukon, and went back in for the chair.The total came out to about $85. This business refused to take my $100 bill because it doesn’t have a blue band in the middle of it and they said it was fake, yet gave it back. The markers used to identify fake or not are supposed to turn black. Brian, the manager that was clearly born before blue banded $100 bills were a thing, acknowledged the water mark and threw my bill at me and said they will not take it without a blue band in it because it is fake.I went right back into the store and returned the $800 desktop I had purchased 5 minutes before this transaction took place.*Edited to add another photo of the same bill the next day.

Today I put the employees to the test to see if they cared. We were looking for several items today. We struggled finding things alone. I was not feeling well at all and did not want to be anywhere but home. Rarely are any employees wandering around looking to help the customers, so as my husband was looking for envelopes, I asked him if he found any. I said it loud enough for the lady to hear. To my pleasant surprise, Janet, from behind the counter immediately responded by not only asking if we needed help finding something but took us all the way across the store to find it!!! Engaging with us along the while!!! Nice!!! Then, Kayla??, cute girl with long hair was also very, very helpful engaging and super nice checked us out completing our trip. So happy to get friendly and genuine helpfulness and kindness in a time when so many just do not seem to care! Thanks So Much for caring!

At this time in the world, shopping in safe, clean, well-stocked and easily accessible locations means a great deal, whether you are a busy parent or professional, deadline-driven student, or retired member of the community. In particular, the knowledge and attention to detail exhibited by the Store Manager in Magnolia, Texas, are of particular appreciation!

They do not have a QR reader for FedEx returns. Our return instructions said to display the QR code at the FedEx drop off location. If you can, print a label before you go or you will be walking out the door with your packages.

I came to have binding on a workbook. They advertise this is what they do. I was told that I would need to go to another location because my workbook has glue and they just “fixed” their machine and could not do it.

First time coming to office max for some printing needs and questions. I walked in nobody acknowledges you. Store has 1 other person plus staff. I walk to the printing dept. 2 employees are behind the counter. I stand in line and still no acknowledgement. One employee looks me in the eyes and walks away to a different counter and started fiddling on her phone. The other employee behind the counter past by me 4 times never said a word. I finally had to say excuse me can someone help me. Employee looked at me and shouts he’s working on some orders. I kept looking at him when he finally comes and answers my question. Needless to say I won’t be going back there. I needed a big printing order done, Ill find elsewhere. If you don’t like your job please find your calling elsewhere.

Having an establishment of any type, is made better by the people who are there. This is one of my new favorite places because everyone I encountered was fantastic and seemed to actually enjoy their job! My rating is a 10/5!

I had a great experience with the printing department. The employee helping me had a great attitude. He was very informative, patient, and helpful. I got all of my documents printed for a reasonable price.
