I was parked at my apt complex with a dead battery and a scheduled dental appt. Sure, I could've canceled the appt. but just as I was calling them, here drives up Papa's Towing to tow the car parked right next to me. As he was hooking up that car I asked him if he had a portable battery charger. When he was done hooking up the other car to the flatbed, he charged my battery. He wouldn't take any money from me and I'm really grateful for him. Thank you for your kindness.

I was on my way to an interview and my tire blew out in the middle of the highway. I was an hour away from home and 13 minutes away from my interview. This wonderful man picked me up and got me to discount tire. I was able to get to my interview (I got the job) and back home. Thanks again!

I called on a Sunday evening around dinner time. He told me approximately how long it would be. Called me when he was 10 minutes away. He managed to get my car started and gave me advice on what I needed to do. He was right that I needed a new battery. He was very caring and gracious. He truly was an angel in disguise. I can't say thank you enough for his help.

My car died in the middle of the road near an extremely busy intersection near rush hour. Rickey arrived very quickly, loaded my vehicle, and hauled it to my mechanic. He was super kind and friendly. He helped bring peace during a very stressful, scary time. Would highly recommend!!

This has got to be the Towing Company of The Century. Several times I have called him and every time things went smoothly, quickly and most of all affordable. I would literally in the future wait until he’s available before I ever used anyone else in this area.

Very sweet and caring. I called Mr. Ricky to help tow my sons car that got stranded in a store front parking lot unexpectedly. He was very fast and efficient. He even recommended a few repair shops in the area since I’m new to my area. I would highly recommend Papa’s Towing for anyone needing a great tow company.

We called Papa’s towing service for help when my son accidentally drove a tire off the ledge and into the ditch as he was pulling out of a narrow driveway. Ricky was quick to the rescue! He was so polite and eager to help. He was able to maneuver my car and get it back to clear ground without the use of his tow truck. When my husband tried to pay him he would not accept it. Yet he had driven to us, took time away from his family, helped us out of our situation, all out of the goodness of his heart. He is an honest man. And we will use him for all our future needs in hopes to pay back his kindness. You will not find better service than with Papa’s towing!

We called Rickey when my son’s car suddenly died in the middle of the road. He was out to help us in 20min and towed the car to a nearby repair shop. Fast and reliable, would definitely use him again.

Sadly, I called this guy and said he only handles things he has time for wants to do. His direct quote was if I get called on a wreck. I make more money and that’s what I make time for. Sad to say, but I won’t call him to haul a classic anymore, not where he makes his money. His wife also verbally assaulted me because I questioned their performance to their customers that could be calling. Told me I was a class because I said that was bad customer service.
