On 12/20 took my siberian husky for a bath, nails trimmed, trim around her private area not a grooming just a trim up on her belly. I know these type of fur babies do not get a full grooming. I am now trying to get her in some where else all she has been doing is clawing and chewing on her self. I don't really think they gave her a bath. This is horrible. I paid over 100.00 for NOTHING but causing misery to my pup. Was told I would get 20% off anything in store after she was picked up again that was not true. Staff is not that friendly either
Update it took my fur baby to another groomer today you had her 12/20/2025 paid 111.00 for NOTHING. She is home and finely rest. I guessing if you attempted to bath her all the shampoo was not wash out causing irritation.

If you need your dog groomed, this is the place! My 15 1/2 year old mini-dachshund needed her nails cut and filed. Whitney and another employee did a fantastic job. They were patient and efficient, and my fur baby’s nails looks great! Thank you!

If you're wondering what to expect, and you've ever been in a tractor supply, that's pretty much what it is minus the rest of the tractor supply. They do have a variety of healthy options, but not much on the one meat foods or treat.

The only reason I give 4 stars is due to having to pay twice for grooming because there are two dogs. Manager says it's because people want to leave tips on payment with cards. We'll that sounds like a corp issue with a change on the software. Maybe the stores can keep track of groomers doing the work and just give the tip accordingly? Or let us that tip in cash with out paying twice
