“I want to share my experience specifically about the Magnolia Texas Post Office. I recently had an experience with the North Houston USPS postal distribution center. My inbound package was received at the North Houston location but came up missing and I struggled with tracking for several days. I called Magnolia Post Office and I spoke to the kindness and most caring professional over there and her name is Mott. She actually took control of finding my package and making sure that it got delivered to me , I want to thank Miss Mott for her personalized care of my package and her kindness that goes far beyond what I can express.”

“My son and I were at the Post Office on a Saturday morning as it was one of few locations that offers passport services on the weekend. Names had been taken in advance since the line was long. However, when the facility actually opened, those families were not present, so Ms. Kim B. was gracious enough to allow us to be seen. She is the gold standard for impeccable customer service! She was kind, thorough, and extremely accommodating. Aside from the wait, we were in and out in 5 mins! It can be really stressful making sure you have everything you need for the application process. But Ms. Kim made it quite painful. We really appreciate it!”
