I have banked here since it was First Victoria (7 years for my personal and business accounts) and I can't believe how bad the customer service is now. It's like they're afraid of providing good customer service. From what I can tell all of the friendly staff is gone. I have moved my accounts over to Spirit of Texas Bank where they are a breath of fresh air and extremely friendly, but I do still use my accounts here occasionally and I'm about to stop altogether. For at least the last 5 times I've gone through the drive thru they have not used the speaker to say hi or bye or anything...instead they wave at me and mouth hi at me. It's the most awkward experience I've ever had at a bank. Aside from that, they love to charge me NSF fees when I transfer money between my two accounts even when nothing has gone insufficient. I have had multiple conversations with several of the managers about this and nothing has been done. I don't understand where the breakdown is happening here, but it's bad and I don't see this branch being open much longer if it doesn't get better.
