The ability to reserve and rent a storage unit could not be any easier! The phone app makes it an easy process once you arrive to open the gate too! - Not only that, a welcome tag was on the door with a new lock inside. Best service I have ever experienced with a storage rental unit! - Well done!

This is a great facility! I did lots of research before finally selecting Tall Pines. The facility is clean, well-lit, easy to access, and fairly priced. The automatic sliding doors are SO helpful!
Ultimately we had to move to a facility closer to home, but if they built another TP near us we’d go back in a heartbeat!

Such a great storage facility! We park our RV here in one of the enclosed storage bays and love the security and peace of mind it provides. There is someone onsite every day of the week and the staff is wonderfully friendly. Even after recent power outages from Hurricane Beryl, the staff was online the day after the event and had a gate open so tenants could access their storage buildings! Very well priced for what they provide as well!

Tall Pines Storage was amazing! Very secure facility. I had two units over the course of a year, needing to down size to a smaller one was quick and an easy process. I never had any problems with billing. I definitely recommend this place. Ruth the manager was great, from the very start she was very helpful and friendly, helping ensure I understood everything as I went along. :) Thanks Ruth!!

The most amazing experience with Tall Pines! We rented a 10×30. 90 degrees already. Sprung for climate control! A fan of the easy rental process on line, excellent customer service and the app that opens the gates! The best part was Alex at the office! Such a pleasant welcome. She made the experience exceptional!

After being a tenant for 7 years and renting multiple units, the staff gave out our private information to a random person off the street. That person contacted us demanding money. When the office was questioned about not following privacy laws and them giving out information without permission, they decided to end our lease, with a seven days notice.
