The only star I can give this place is the nice lady who runs it. They are infested with MICE! When we moved our things out there were nice droppings all in our things. Bags chewed through. Furniture with claw and chew marks. When we said something we were told it is just the nature of storage. No it’s not. We have had other storage unit and NEVER had this issue. Beware!

This place is a 5/5. Texas Life Storage is clean, easily accessible, but what they really excel at is customer service. They have great communication skills and offer a variety of different options for your needs. They made my move easy and efficient. This place is well secured and taken care of. They offer affordable prices and an array of options. I’ve never had a problem with the staff, or safety of my items. If you’re looking for a safe place to store your items while feeling extremely welcomed and taken care of, this is the place to go.

Texas life storage is one of the best places to trust your belongings. My truck was stolen From another storage unit in magnolia and they wouldn’t help me find it or talk to the police. When I finally recovered my truck i took it to texas life storage and miss marry was hands down the best person to help me get a great spot by the cameras so it would always be kept safe & that I wouldn’t have to worry about anything happening to it. We also got a unit with texas life storage and they are reasonably priced for their climate control. I had my stuff for almost a year inside of the storage. When we finally got everything out, none of my stuff was damaged, missing, nor had bugs. Thank you life storage (miss marry) for always making sure everything is secure so everybody can have a peace of mind!
