Very Sad & Don’t Profile People…..After driving 35 minutes in 2 vehicles to get an estimate, we were told no one was there to give us one so we would need to make an appointment. This was after calling the day before and being told come on in.To make matters worse our son was walking in before us and headed straight to the bathroom and was profiled by the guy at the desk and stopped and asked where he was going. We have not only had a previous trucks suspension replace along with a leveling kit done from them we have gone in for other parts as well. They not only wasted our time but made us feel like we weren’t worth theirs. Its extremely disappointing, do business there at your own risk.Update: Reply from owner states that we came in on Christmas Eve but the shop is not open on Sundays. Also, both my husband and I very clearly heard the employee say, and I quote "Where Are You Going?!". Your employees said that you, Scott, are a "Yes Man" and that's why you said to go ahead and come in on Saturday. Take it as you may, we wont be doing business with you.

This is the place to go for your truck needs. I had a leveling kit done the first time. Looks great and was a very good price. The last one was more tricky. My truck has been to dealership multiple times for a noise in the front end with no luck solving. Texas truck works took 1/2hr to find the problem. Found a solution at a very resonable price and fixed it. The other thing is when you make a appt.with them they work on it at the time the appt was made for. I hate making an appt. and then leaving it and it gets worked on tbe next day at dealership.

This place is absolutely horrible. Do not take anything here. Do not order anything through them for your vehicles. Absolutely horrible service. Was suppose to have a radio and back up camera installed within 3 days and did not happen until 3 weeks later. Decided to give them another shot ordered some shocks for my truck and they ordered the wrong ones with my old ones in hand. So was suppose to order the correct ones and be in two days did not happen. Absolutely horrible.

Top notch service here! Chris and George helped me more in one day than three other places helped in ten months. My truck is my passion and these guys knew just what it needed and they got it right! Can’t wait until my next build happens so they can be my go-to guys!

I first met Scott and Karen at Trail Hero in 2022. Them and their team provided outstanding service and the best prices on Nitto 42’s and KMC 20” wheels. They are my go to for any parts for my jeep. Thank you Scott for everything you and team have done, I look forward to working with you and seeing you and your team at all the future wheeling events.

Went to TTW for some new tires as the ones that were on my truck M/T were not what I was needing for traveling back and forth to CO in the snow.Ordered a set of 4 R/T tires and was met with some personal opinion push back on the BRAND (NOT CHOICE) I had selected. Nevertheless, the gentlemen at the front desk ordered them on a Friday and set me up for an installation appointment the following Wednesday. Communication from TTW was poor at best. I had to call them numerous times to ensure the tires were en-route and was met with excuses every time I spoke to someone at TTW. Tires finally arrived on Thursday and I was able to schedule an installation on Friday. I had concerns with my Rims being scratched as they are brand new 22 inch powder coated FUEL D741 wheels. TTW assured me that they had the best wheel machine in the area and that my wheels would not be scratched.NOT THE CASE! TTW managed to scratch all four rims. One of them so bad it left gauges down to the metal on two sides of the lip and inside the barrel of the rim. I expressed my frustration with the front desk prior to leaving and was assured they would make things right.TTW wanted me to bring my truck back to them so that they could send the rims away for repair. When I asked them how long that would take they said 2 days minimum.I took this into my own hands and contacted Fuel. Dr Wheel and a shop down in Houston and also sent them pictures of the damage. Fuel and Dr Wheel said they could not fix the rims so I drove down to the shop in Houston and was turned away by them as well. It's been 10 days since this happened and I have unfortunately come to the realization that my rims are damaged for good and that I made a mistake trusting what I thought was a professional company in caring for my truck. To top the matter off, TTW is so dysfunctional that they gave me a Tech Work Order from another customer with my payment receipt attached to it (see photos).GO ELSEWHERE!!! TTW LOOKS GREAT FROM THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, BUT IS NO WEAR NEAR THAT IN REALITY.RESPONSE TO OWNER!Below are the tires that came off of my truck. As you can see, they are practically new and have less than 1500 miles on them........The rims on my truck are less than a month old, and while they are not new and in the box, they didn't have a SCRATCH ON THEM ANYWHERE before TTW got ahold of them.FYI, TTW was pushing back on the BRAND of tires, not the CHOICE of tires.

Integrity, humility, and experience is what comes to mind when I visit Texas Truckworks. Scott, the owner, has been in the industry for 40 years. When I visit the shop I know I'm getting the best of the best experience. You can't go wrong with Texas Truckworks. I go to Texas Truckworks for all my accessories, alignments (they have the best alignment machine money can buy), lift, wheels and tires!
