The systems were down all over U-Haul but at the store they made sure that they got all the information and would upload it as soon as The computer system for fixed and a few hours later I got my confirmation that everything's has been submitted and is good to go. Very good customer service.

Our experience at Circle S Hardware for our U-Haul rental was exceptional! Their customer service was top notch! Anyone will tell you that moving is a horrendous experience so when you have people that offer kindness and consideration during such a chaotic situation it should be acknowledged! I highly recommended them!
