The systems were down all over U-Haul but at the store they made sure that they got all the information and would upload it as soon as The computer system for fixed and a few hours later I got my confirmation that everything's has been submitted and is good to go. Very good customer service.

Truck leaked and my content was destroyed, it was raining, don't rent from UHaul, they don't cover damages done by rain roof leak.

Our experience at Circle S Hardware for our U-Haul rental was exceptional! Their customer service was top notch! Anyone will tell you that moving is a horrendous experience so when you have people that offer kindness and consideration during such a chaotic situation it should be acknowledged! I highly recommended them!

Circle S Hardware, U-Haul was amazing to work with. Very understanding! I had a huge charity golf tournament on Tuesday. I picked up the truck on Monday, Wednesday morning I was way too tired to unload it. I called them and they were like no problem and I returned it on Thursday! This is easiest I have EVER RENTED A TRUCK! Oh and very honest.! I had left a Visa gift card $350.00 on the counter Monday. They knew who it belonged to and gave it back to me on Thursday.
