Brian Plisco was so helpful to me today. I needed help returning an Amazon package. He took the time to assist me in making the changes I needed to successfully send the package.

I see negative comments, lengthy ones at that. This place can be rather busy with the crazy amount of Amazon returns. I've been treated professionally by counter personnel. If you expect a club experience, you'll be disappointed, this is a business, not a 'county fair '. Brian is efficient and considering the volume of traffic, I believe he and the staff do a good job.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience at the UPS Store in Egypt, TX warrants one — and not for good reason.
My wife visited this location for what should have been a routine transaction, and instead was met with one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant encounters we’ve experienced in recent memory. The individual working the counter, named Brian, displayed an alarming lack of basic courtesy and customer service. His tone was condescending, his demeanor dismissive, and his overall behavior toward her was nothing short of demeaning.
There’s a distinct difference between being direct and being downright disrespectful — and Brian crossed that line with ease. He spoke to my wife in a manner that was not only discourteous, but borderline hostile. There was no effort to assist, no attempt to communicate professionally, and certainly no indication that he values the customers who walk through the door. It was as if he went out of his way to make the experience unpleasant.
A customer-facing role, especially one that represents a national brand like UPS, requires a certain level of professionalism, patience, and people skills. Sadly, Brian exhibited none of these qualities. It’s deeply concerning that someone with such a poor attitude toward patrons is trusted to operate in this capacity. A position that relies so heavily on interpersonal interaction should be held by someone capable of treating others with respect and decency — not someone who makes customers feel unwelcome or inferior.
Management should seriously reconsider who they have representing their business. Until changes are made, I will be taking my business — and recommendations — elsewhere. There are plenty of UPS locations where professionalism still matters. This, unfortunately, is not one of them.

Brian and his crew are always very helpful and courteous when I send things out for work at this location. Whether it's just me in the store or the line is to the door, they always keep their cool and help get the customers in and out of the door as quickly as possible. They do a great job here!

I'm really disappointed at the level of customer service I just experienced. My box needed one piece of tape and he wanted me to pay one dollar for it. (My purse was also out in the car and he said I needed to go get it.) The amount is not the point, it's the principle. I don't understand why he couldn't just tell me our normal policy is to charge a dollar to tape up a box. But since you just need one piece I'll go ahead and do it for you this time. Is that really so hard to do? I asked him if I could have his tape and I would do it myself. He said I could buy some of their tape for $5. So now I have to haul this big box home and back again and make a special trip to drop it off. This is not a good experience for a frequent customer of the UPS Store. Again, the money is not the issue, it's doing what's right for the customer.

The heavy set guy with the military cut needs an attitude adjustment and old spice DESPERATELY. I would have been happy to let him make it for the awful attitude if I didn’t then have my nasal cavity assaulted by the scent of chili cheese Fritos and feet. Please employ staff with better attitudes and personal hygiene.
