Was getting mail for a while at 30000 FM apartment then all of a sudden everything stops. 3 social security cards, immigrations documents getting returned to USCIS, Car title lost, Tax documents, bills everything not getting delivered. Drivers license office won't send license anywhere. Gone to this office and mostly they are so incompetent that all they say is everything looks good on their end. After we moved in, for 3 years we used to get mail and everything just stopped. We used to even get mail for other people that never lived in our apartment. This is very frustration for a government institution that is supposed to be reliable. May DOGE should visit this post office. Something wrong with this post office.

I will drive all the way from The Woodlands to this location to see Matt. It's so nice to go to a USPS location and receive friendly helpful employees that smile and actually help you. We needed to mail something internationally and Matt explained the process to us instead of shaming us and sending us out of line. We got a very important package mailed to Ireland today. Was worth the extra 30 minute drive. Thank you Matt for your service to our country and your exceptional service today.

The guy working in the post office had no idea how to handle getting a new lock and key for the cluster mailbox I belong to in my neighborhood. He incorrectly charged me over $50 for this (on the USPS website, it says the first time is free) and it’s been almost 3 weeks and still has not been changed and I do not have access to my mailbox. I called the general customer service line and they do nothing but document your concern And it is next to impossible to call and have someone answer at the Magnolia post office. Next steps have to be initiated, unfortunately.

I have reason to go into this location of the Magnolia, Texas post office several times a year. From the nice people at the counter to our amazing carrier, I have never felt so important and cared about from a government entity than this location of the USPS makes me feel!
I recently needed help with a delivery issue while I was out of state. Elise Spann has taken such good care of us and resolved our issue with the utmost care and professionalism. We are so grateful for the treatment we received from Elise and it only confirms that the people are truly what makes or breaks organizations. USPS Goodson Rd, Magnolia, Texas has the people that every government office should aspire to have!

Terrible experience! My package is marked as delivered and even signed by the person named AA, but never got delivered. Why would you scanned it as delivered and not actually delivered it?

Had a delivery on 04/21/25 into their parcel box…no key in my mailbox to get it out. Tuesday I called and someone actually answered, she said the mailman will drop key off in mailbox…she lied. Went Wednesday to post office was told supervisor will take key to mailman and it will be in my mailbox…got lied to again. Called Friday talked with someone bout 10 minutes on the phone she was goin to research the problem, she was very nice and helpful. I will call you back by end of day…4:00 no call yet. Been waiting 5 days to get my delivery which I guarantee is lost or key was put in someone else mailbox. When you call it will ring 30 something times then goes busy signal. And always get the address mail behind me in my box for the past 15 yrs I’ve been here.

I don’t know why the reviews are so bad — the staff is very friendly, helpful, and provide quick service. Sometimes there are lines, but that’s normal.

I was expecting a package on Saturday, and they just marked that the business was closed when I was there waiting! They leave packages from another address at 7 PM when they know the business closes at 6, and I still have to notify the owner of those packages to come and pick them up! Today I went to this location to claim my package from Saturday, and they can’t find it! I complained to the manager and even showed her the video of the delivery person leaving packages late, and they’re not even mine — they leave them in the middle of the sidewalk, not even close to the door! The poor service they provide is unbelievable!

This post office is the worst. There mail man must can’t read. I’ve been living here for less than a year and count so many times I’ve gotten other people’s packages, and checks delivered to my address. I’m so irritated with this post office.

Kinda disappointed on the locations website as in offering walk-in passport applications 7:45-8:45am. Arrived early to find out more people were waiting and some left due upset to the misinformation online.

Casual, relaxed environment. Not as tense as many i have been too. Receptionist lady was very helpful and helped me get my package sent out.

To say something is out for delivery, then mark it that “couldn’t deliver” due to local weather delay?? There’s no bad weather today… what’s more infuriating is that I live 5 minutes away from the post office yet all mail and packages always arrive till late evening, not the first time it happens… I’m sure won’t be last… this post office sure lacks a lot from every angle.
Never had an issue before with other post offices, and getting mail in a timely manner.
I can now understand why people complain about this particular location so much!
Unfortunately I can’t make it on time prior to them closing or else I would personally pick up my packages and mail.
How about being honest and transparent “we didn’t deliver because it got late” that would be a better excuse!
