Today (9/18/25 at 2:30pm), I had one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered with a pharmacist. Neysa, the female pharmacist on duty is by far the most unprofessional pharmacist I have ever dealt with.
Not only did she incorrectly fill my prescription for the second time, but when I called to question why the dispensed amount didn’t match the physician’s directions, she told me it was my doctor’s fault and then hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable!
This kind of behavior is appalling. Pharmacists are entrusted with patient safety, and she clearly lacks the professionalism and common sense required for this responsibility. Mistakes like this put clients at risk, and dismissing concerns by hanging up is beyond unprofessional.
UNBELIEVABLE. I will be reporting this incident to the Texas State Pharmacy Board as well as the FDA MedWatch program.

Shout out to Skylar the Pharmacy Tech, I watched her bust her butt for thirty minutes and there was not a signal customer she did not seem to already recognize. Impressive for a big box.

Were I able to give this store a NEGATIVE rating I would. It is horribly managed FRONT TO BACK. I tried to use the Fed Ex and they refused my laptop even though packaged properly, UN3481 label etc to ALL FedX policies. I would not try to buy a bag of M&M's here with CASH. GO Somewhere Else

I am giving one star because you can not give a possible lower score. EVERY SINGLE TIME that a prescription has been called into this store, they will send a notification that it is ready. I will get up there and it is NEVER READY!! The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. Third world countries pharmacies are superior to this store locations.

I hate this Walgreens I really do. If CVS took my insurance I would be there. Last week I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to get my prescription and it was not ready. Then today I went to the drive thru again. There were two cars ahead of me. I waited 25 mins!!! I would have left but I sandwich in ?
My suggestion if it seems that maybe a person may require more than 5 minutes ask them to go wait inside. There is no reason this should have happened whatsoever! Ridiculous!!!

Horrible pharmacy. Called and was put on hold immediately. Continuously put me on hold after the line would start ringing again. 12 min later someone picked up the phone and then hung it up.

I have been seen here by multiple staff members and they have always been helpful, prompt and very pleasant to work with. Clean store, convenient location for the Magnolia/Woodlands area.

Refrigerated system has been down for 1-2 years. Pharmacy team is good. No one typically works in the photo section. Overall it appears that Walgreens corporate team does not pay attention to this store.

My family has been using this Walgreens Pharmacy for the last 6 years, and they have always been kind and helpful. Even the couple times a medication was out of stock, they helped me transfer the Rx to another pharmacy and took time to thoroughly answer my questions. The pharmacist recently called just to check on my husband to make sure he was handing a medication well since it can have side effects. We have been happy with this pharmacy.
