Wasted half an hour of my time and refused to give me my funds. Horrible manager and staff, luckily there is another branch down the road that was competent enough to withdraw my funds. Still considering moving all my business accounts elsewhere due to the continued issues with this branch.

They definitely need to work on their cusomer service skills. I shouldn't have to set an appointment online for assistance needed that a customer rep could handle, I was at the location and they told me in order to basically talk to them about my banking needs I had to set an appointment online first....... that's ridiculous! My last visit took me 25 minutes to cash a check.
Please don't respond that I should send my information to any social anything website. You have your customers complaints, obviously customer service is a huge issue. We do not need to submit to your social website when we are telling you what the issues are...... fix it!

When I ask for change in coins I have to put everything I need on the paper once I put extra money but I didn't write it down on the paper and they only gave me what was on the paper and they were going to keep the rest I had to tell The lady who had put more money than where it was, she got nervous and returned it to me. I don't know what her name is. She is dark-skinned.

Terrible customer service. Not enough employees and a person who seemed to be a supervisor or something who was very rude. She ignored me and never spoke or made eye contact. I left without being helped. Only 2 people were notaries and neither were available. Was told I could make an appointment. I thought I could go in on my lunch break and get a document notarized. I guess those days are gone. It's as if they don't want customers to come in the bank. There used to be employees at every desk, today there was only 1 person at a desk. Maybe they don't need the staff because the lousy customer service has caused a significant decrease in business.

My husband went to cash a check and they told him they couldn’t cash his check because the balance was low. We’ve been cashing the same check. I don’t understand what was the problem. It’s a business account and we have been banking with Wells Fargo for a couple of years. This is unacceptable.

Went in needed a notary. She was busy b.s. with co worker said she had a customer. Went down street had eagle do it. Came back 10 min later. She still sitting on her butt. Wow been banking with wf for 15 plus years. And by far the worst serv8ce I have seen and lazy.
