Large group (18). Service at the counter was good and quick. Food was good - hamburgers, chicken sandwich, chicken tenders etc. All were good and the kids demolished theirs. Recommend highly for groups as well as the usual numbers.Kid-friendliness: Always have kids and they all enjoy the time together and the food is to their liking.Wheelchair accessibility: 2 wheelchair accessible parking places which seems to be enough. The dining area is very accessible for wheelchairs.

Food was good. They forgot my mom's shake, but I remembered and they gave it to me. They were nice and it didn't take as long as I'm used to at Whataburger's.

Curbside is frustrating. Multiple times experience is poor. Stopped using curbside because of issues. Provided internal feedback and comments on Whataburger app to no improvement. Used curbside again today for lunch after not using for a long time. Still the same issues with service in a timely manner. Arrived 8 minutes after order (app said ready in 6-8 minutes). Checked in and the only car in curbside. 11 minutes after checkin and four cars arrive and received their food while I’m waiting in curbside. Whataburger team member comes over and asks my name on order. Immediately comes out and apologizes and provides a free cookie knowing and stating that order was waiting there for sometime and overlooked. Okay, things happen. However, this has happened 75% of the time for curbside. Reason I stopped using curbside and going directly to drive thru. The sandwiches were cold. I asked for new hamburgers and fries that were hot and fresh. Team member comes out and says they were waiting on buns and apologized for the mishap and provided a free cookie. Burgers were not remade fresh. After 18 minutes after checking in and receiving food went home with order. Burgers were cold. Don’t do curbside here. Use drive thru or counter. Curbside service is unacceptable after multiple times providing comments and feedback to improve. I’m actually not going to Whataburger ever again. Just fix the issue for other future customers. Unacceptable with multiple curbside experiences at this location,

I've only ever done the curbside or drive thru, and so far, I have had no bad experiences.
