This branch does not open until 9am, even though their hours on Google say they open at 7am. The ATMs located at this branch does not work for depositing checks.

My grandparents set up My very first bank account for my graduation money, and when I get a summer job. Abbigail was so helpful, and explained everything to me, and got me in the right path , and gave me some tips and tricks!!! I recommend that y’all see Abbigail, or AJ they were really nice and helpful with my first checking account. I would totally recommend banking here at Woodforest!!!

Woodforest bank always goes above and beyond. Also love ATM allows cash deposits, and mobile check deposit is great when I can't go in during business hours.

I was assisted last month over the phone by a young lady named Whitney. She went above and BEYOND to help me with an issue i was having mostly due to my lack of knowledge and familiarity with the bill pay feature and policies. She was so patient with me and although it took me several calls, she researched and provided me with all of the information i needed and how to achieve the transaction desired. THANK YOU WHITNEY!! My branch seems to have an understaffed lobby and too many new faces. Not sure what has happened to cause such a downturn in the quality of service, but no one should have to wait in line for 30 minutes before anyone is available to ask how you can be helped. Someone finally asked me and now I am sitting in the lobby waiting for someone to help. I have banked here since 1999 and the service has seriously declined
