I was waited on immediately by Ron. When leaving the post office he assisted me turning left onto 1626 by directing traffic. Fantastic!!

If I could give this location a star zero I would. Nice people 👍 but the man that took my info for a new p.o box did not turn my info in to the post master so my mail never got forwarded to my p.o box 😑. They dropped the ball pretty bad. I'm looking for another location.

Wow, this was by far the best USPS experience I’ve ever had. Ron was so personable and helpful. I usually hate going to USPS (like many others, I’m sure) because most employees I’ve encountered are usually not very nice and are in a hurry to get you out of the store. This was such an unexpected and lovely change. This will def be my go-to USPS from now!

The staff at this post office have always been super friendly and helpful. I came in today with my wedding invitations and the gentleman at the counter was so personable, helpful, and friendly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

USPS can be challenging at the best of times, but I will tell you as far as post offices go, you will not find a better one in a 15 mile radius. All of the staff here are amazing and do their best even in a challenging time for all post offices. So much better than Buda, Mockingbird, Kyle and South Austin stations.

I recently used USPS for international shipping and had a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the process smooth and easy. The office was clean and well-organized, and they provided all the necessary customs forms with clear instructions. Parking was easy and spacious.

Awful post office. Some of workers there are rude thugs on a power trip. I refuse to take any packages there anymore as a result of the unprofessional behavior of the employees there. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I go to lots of usps around Austin to drop off packages. The guy behind the counter here wouldn’t even scan a scan sheet to drop off packages. 15 packages, you only need to scan one barcode and give receipt. “I ain’t got time for that.” was his response. What?!

Awful employees, haven't received mail in a month. This is not a new address, only a lazy/incompetent delivery lady.

The guy behind the counter is super RUDE and pissed off at the world.
I wanted an express delivery, he went ahead and just printed a ground delivery without even asking !!!!

I have been using this post office for over 15 years and have always had friendly, efficient service. Despite the fact that it is relatively small, the staff works quickly to clear any lines and are unfailingly polite.
