It was a disappointment to try this place, I stayed 10 min figuring out by the cashier some products that were supposed to be 50% off, the person who was helping me didn't know anything about customer service

I arrived here to purchase windshield wipers. There was no Welcome to Advance as you get in other locations. The gentleman helping with the tattoo in his face never said how can I help you. He just stood there like why are you here. I asked if they would put them on and the lady spoke up saying you have to purchase from us I responded saying yes I’m aware she was somewhat rude.
The gentleman acted as if he really didn’t want to assist. All he said was the size and I asked which one do you recommend he stared looking like a deer in headlights. Never one time did he offer to assist me.
I don’t recommend this location due to customer service sucks! They need a training to be more friendly

Trash store, I called about a part that I needed at the lady that answered the phone was rude and rushing me to answer her questions and when I told her I was asking she put me on hold I tried calling again and she wouldn't answer the phone. And when she did she kept me on hold for a long time. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARE RUDE!!

Walked in to get a check engine scanned. Was told the scanner was broke. How would a scanner break unless you miss handle and purposely break one. I think he was lying. Don’t bother going to this one waste of time.

Went it to spend about $100 on the oil change for two of my cars. Entire staff was outside washing a car. Zero help as I stood at the counter eating to checkout with an entirely empty store. Went to Orielly’s and was in and out quickly.

Website said specialty oil additive product was in stock and available for delivery. I drove from Coupland TX to pick it up.I could not find the product. Politely interrupted 2 employees that were visiting behind the counter. One checked shelves and back room inventory. They did not have it. Did not see place on shelves for it to be displayed.

Great place at this store and has a counter for UPS available here. They have cello if you need help for your package.
