Worst AT&T store. We purchased two phones from this AT&T store on 6/29/25 and tried to return them just five days later. It took over a week to even get help with the return, and we were passed around between AT&T customer service, the store’s assistant manager, and even a district manager — none of whom were willing to assist or take responsibility.
They still charged us a restocking fee, even though the phones were opened in-store by their own sales rep, Veronica. The assistant manager refused to waive the fee, repeatedly blaming his district manager and claiming he didn’t have the “credentials” to help — clearly showing a lack of training and accountability.
This store does not value its customers. They’d rather charge unfair fees than do the right thing. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Save yourself the frustration.

I had an amazing experience at the AT&T store in Manor, Texas, thanks to the exceptional service from Assistant Manager Kelvin. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help.
Whether it was answering all my questions, helping me understand the best plan for my needs, or walking me through the setup process—Kelvin made everything easy and stress-free. He went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied and confident with my service.
You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to come across that level of customer service these days.
If you’re heading to the AT&T in Manor, do yourself a favor and ask for Kelvin. He’s the reason I’ll be coming back!

Outstanding work by Kelvin dealing with 20 people at once during this outage here in manor I know it must of been difficult but he handled it very well

I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable or unwelcome in a store before in my life. The sales rep was incredibly unprofessional and downright rude. He wasn’t wearing a name tag but he surely left a negative impression of AT&T. I came in with my wifi box to see if there was a way I could transfer my current wifi to my new home and before I could even speak he looks at me and goes “you can take that elsewhere”. I started trying to explain how I wanted to look at information on WiFi for my new home and he kept interrupting me and trying to send me away. When he finally understood that I needed help, he told me he had plenty of people in front of me (there was hardly any) and to sit down. No smiles. No hellos. No anything. Absolutely terrible. I was with my mother too and we both felt so uncomfortable so we decided to leave and he just gave us dirty looks as we left. I don’t know what kind of sales people they hire at this AT&T but all I can say is they don’t do a good job and thanks to this sales rep I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This location continues to exhibit the terrible customer service of AT&T. Every time I order something from the company I get something else. This most recent visit they added a “up next” when that service was not even discussed. They also added the phone insurance, again - not even discussed. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Wow…these “customer service” reps couldn’t even stand up from their tables, get off their phones or take out their EarPods to attend to us. Instead, they decided to speak to us from their spots as if we didn’t deserve the respect to be spoken to. They treated us like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Shameful and disgusting. Don’t worry about a next experience, we will never go to this location again. Negative stars, if only possible. 🙄

The sales Rep Kelvin is the best I had an issue with my phone and went a day without a phone and nobody could fix the problem . But kelvin I highly recommend if u go there ask for him .
