“In the latter part of June, I saw a post to get quotes on Auto/Home insurance. I filled out the form and sent it. Of course I got many responses from various insurance companies. I got an email from Dalton Hanville, a State Farm agent in Austin, TX.
We use to have State Farm insurance for many years, so I decided to respond to Dalton. At the time, my husband was in the hospital waiting for open heart surgery. I explained that to Dalton and he said for me to call him back when it was a good time for us. In the meantime, Dalton sent me the quotes based on the coverage we had with the other insurance company.
He was extremely caring about our situation...but he didn't give up on us. He would send me emails periodically to check on us and to let us know that he would be glad to talk with us through video call whenever we were ready.
We finally got together to discuss the coverage and were very impressed with Dalton. He went over everything to make sure we understood what all was covered and answered all our questions.
I consider him to be a great asset to your team. I have never had anyone do what he has done to get us on board with State Farm. We will start with State Farm on October 3. He has saved us money which we needed him to do. We are retired and live on a limited income. He did such a good job!
If you are looking for insurance, I would highly recommend Dalton. He is a young man that is courteous, thoughtful, and caring. I can't say enough about the service he provided us.
