Had a car battery die on me, was able to drop by after work and get amazing quick service. Staff was very nice and helped me out immensely! Will definitely come back to the Manor AutoZone again and I encourage others to do the same!

Went in for a battery swap close to closing hours. Jose was polite, calm, and very helpful despite it probably being the end of a long day for him. Thank you Jose! Will for sure come back to this location.

I personally recommend coming to the Manor Autozone, I was fully serviced in replacing my battery. The Employee that helped me was so kind and even helped me with the correct items I needed. My old battery was terrible but in the end was able to replace it with not problem. Did not send me away, had even solution needed. Please come to this autozone if you want great help instead of going to a dealership.

John L was my hero!! I am not smart with car stuff and he made what could have been a disaster a really nice experience!! Very friendly and knowledgeable- he hands on helped me change my battery!

Only purchased because my battery died, but the two ladies were initially rude and not knowledgeable. Just busy on the phone when you’re asking important questions like which battery is best for your car???? They didn’t have time for me.
Top management should train these ladies on how to deal with clients because at the end of the day, they are the face of the business. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
