Had an issue with my gas being stolen and Monica the assistant Manager came in and saved the day! She was very patient! Kind! & got me out of their after she did all of her investigations. Thank you Monica🥰

Bad service. The lady is no good people. She made me wait in line twice. The first time she didn't want to change my bill. And then she didn't want to help me. This person doesn't serve customers well.

Absolutely horrible people and definately not a place for young women who work there!! I went in there Iast week and there was this one woman i think her name was Candy? She was so rude and unprofessional! While i was browsing for a drink I could see her out of the corner of my eye all but berating her coworker and a male manager did nothing! I also went in there the other night (very late at night) and there was a short girl in there by herself no other worker to be seen!! What a lousy place this is to have workers like this and to have only ONE employee in the night time!! I only stop by for a drink every now and then but everytime I am there and the one woman who i believe is named Candy is there, its always a bad atmosphere. She is always cursing and speaking vulgarly out in front of customers, and it doesnt phase her that there are children around too!! Honestly not even going to go there anymore. Not worth it

I stop in a couple times per day for iced coffee or a fountain drink. The staff are amazing, professional, and friendly (to an old man)—really a cut above the usual apathetic attendants at othe C-stores.

The only cool person at the store that I've encountered is the guy named John... Treats me with respect and is always friendly... The manager on the other hand is not a very pleasant person along with the lady named Dean. Both treat anyone younger than them without any respect. I do my damnedest to be nice. Have a smile on my face no matter of my day and they both act like they better and or got somewhere else to be. I I'm not surprised this place has such low ratings. In fact, as of late they can't even keep my preferred beer in stock.... Just today they're ice bucket cooler which normally has beer in it didn't even have ice or any beer. Circle k if they actually care about any of their stores. Really need to investigate this one because it's just pathetic... Once again, shout out to John for always being super nice and cool.

Clean and huge, Dean the morning manager is super friendly and kind, this Circle K location is in the top 90 percentile of all Circle K’s and convenience stores in Austin.
