  This location has a Hispanic male stylist that is extremely disrespectful to his co workers. Making fun of his coworker, also male because he was not comfortable cutting a black ladies hair. Constantly laughing at him. Telling him to hurry up in spanish. The stylist that he was making fun of and harassing cut my hair and did a great job a few days ago. He is the reason I brought my son to this location. Unfortunately we where not able to have him cut his hair. I would hope that someone gets this under control. I will never let this stylist cut my hair because of his disrespectful nature. But I will be back for the Asian stylist. He did a great job on my hair!

  Tried to check in on the app to reserve a spot but it didn’t work.
  
  My wife tried to take our kids in for a cut and was told they cannot take anymore haircuts for the night as they close at 7pm, mind you it was 5:50, over an hour before they actually close.
  
  “Stylist” rudely told my wife that she should have checked in on the app and when she said that she tried they just shrugged it off and walked away.
  
  How is this place still open with the flood of 1 star reviews over the past 6 years..?
  
  This is absolute garbage and you lost four more customers.

  Over heard a conversation between a stylist and a man who came in with his family. It was DISGUSTING. They turned him away for appearing homeless? He wasn’t homeless. It hurt my feelings to even hear this happening In 2025? Never spending another dime here. DISGUSTING.

  I shouldn’t give a star to begin with but it didn’t give me an option. My father walked in there with my sister and my niece so he could get a haircut and they refused his service and told my sister he looked “homeless” your company is lucky that I live in Houston because you wouldn’t want me to walk in your place of business. As a matter in fact give me the number to corporate. Never in my life have I ever had to hear a comment from a company that was so disrespectful and un professional.
