Terrible for business banking. Constant “fraud protection” that locks card for days at a time with valid purchases.

I would not bank with any other unless it’s greater texas federal credit union. Seriously have the best customer service you could ask for. You have a problem, concerns call them. They will be more than willing to help you with anything. Rachelle Labata from Manor branch helped me with a complicated deposit. Note that they were about to close and i needed that deposit right away. She did what she does best and helped me even if she had to stay a little over! Outstanding!

Greater Texas Credit Union is a great place for all your banking needs. The staff are friendly and they helped me with my accounts. They get to know you on a personal level which makes banking with them alot more enjoyable.
