Just wanted to pay the bill but Ray surprised me with a free new phone Samsung Galaxy a15.
Really recommend all to visit store and get phones also the store smelled so clean and the vibe was kinda good.

Very bad customer service, the girl they have working told me her name is Cecy, she is a rude, foul-mouthed and racist person who denied me service and harassed me by calling the business number. I will not return to Metro.

Horrible experience frfr this employee had a ugly attitude for asking basic questions literally gave me no options on which plan I wanted or phone , It's was imperative I walked out of there with a phone and sad to say it was only because I had no other option . So I have to find a better phone and get my plan that I desired .
