The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The parking lot is well lit at night. This is an older hotel so don't expect anything fancy, but it's a nice place to stay in Manor right off the highway. I have stayed here several times before and will continue to do so whenever I have a need to be in Austin for work.

Blood stains on sheets and pillow case. No breakfast. The man running the counter took 20 minutes to come and check us in. No downstair restroom to use when roommate has room occupied. Pool not open. Air conditioner rattled like a freight train all night, turn it down and it got muggy like a swamp. Overall experience was terrible. Will never stay again. On the road 160-200 days a year and this has by far been the worst experience. Cheap; but you get what you pay for.

Don't stay here!!!!! You get what you pay for with this one. Air conditioner leaked all over our floor, no hot breakfast, no pool and we were charged a smoking fee when we did not smoke in our room. We did however smell tons of smoke coming from across the hallRooms: DecentFood & drinks: Lots of fast food near by

Worst experience in a hotel ever. Would not recommend this rude place to anyone. From before I checked in, they wanted to cancel my reservation. Started making noise before check out. 8 mins past they called n said hurry up n get out. I'll stick to non foreign owned businesses.

Location is a little far from the Austin Airport, but the room rate was good. The rooms are very nice and it was very quiet. I only stayed one night since I was only there for military drill. I will be staying againRooms: Very nice and clean

Rooms smell moldy. There aren’t any elevators that I saw. I’m shocked that this place is open if it doesn’t have elevators.

If you want to rest comfortably, and great service with a lot to offer. This is NOT the place. Rude front desk staff and elevator was not working had to carry my luggage up and down stairs
