Charging regular room prices for no elevator, then saying no availability for ground floor rooms and only 3 other cars in the parking lot on a Saturday night. First time staying at a Red Roof Inn, and will definitely be the last. Rooms dirty, light switches not cleaned ever, water faucet in tub barely hanging on. And the manager could not care less.

No pool. Only a concrete pad.No breakfast. This Google site has Free Breakfast in 3 separate locations its 7:45am & No Breakfast. Way over priced for no pool, no Breakfast. $140 per night. What a joke. Desk guy laughed & said no Breakfast.

HARASSMENT. I have traveled all around the country with my Service Dog and never had any issues. I booked for a week with my service dog, let me mind you he doesn't bark, he doesn't chew on any furniture, he is super smart and trained to the fullest extent. I have a Do Not Disturb sign on my door because I like to keep my own room clean and I don't want any of the maids to get startled from seeing my dog. They still tried entering when the sign clearly says DO NOT DISTURB. They tell me my service dog can't be left unattended and tell me that it is not allowed and that they need me to leave the hotel, even tho he has done NOTHING wrong. I told them fine no problem, I'll leave just give me my refund for the next two nights that I had booked. They refused to give me my money back. Unbelievable, I paid 600 for this kind of treatment? Never will I stay here again. This world is already hard enough, people like this only make it worse. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Do you like elevators? How about a quiet rooms where you can rest?If those are the kind of things that tickle your fancy then this is not the hotel for you. No elevator and barking dogs made for an incredibly annoying today.Avoid this one.

Zero stars. If you are looking for room look up Sonesta and go there. Don't tell me that I didn't warn you.So 1 week ago before our travel to Austin I researched and found this place. I was looking for cheap price and Red roof is indeed cheap in terms of price and customer service, their value is cheap, their hospitality is cheap and workers their definitely need to go back to training. One of those moment where you look for cheap price and ruin your hair color or the quality is so bad that you want to punch yourself out of frustration. This is how red roof made me feel. We were 4 adults and 2 puppies both below 85lbs, I called their reservation line to book. I made it very clear to the agent that we are 4 adults and that we have 2 pets, the agent said I was good as long as they were below 85lbs, our German shepherd is a 7month old and 75lbs and Yorkshire is 10lbs 10months old. We got their and their was nobody. It was pouring heavy outside and the lobby was dark and I felt like we walked into a haunted place and than a woman came out of nowhere and I said hi we have a reservation and her response was immediately - we don't allow dogs!! I was like what do you mean cuz I called and confirmed for the same reason cuz your website says your hotel is pet friendly. And than she was like shut and stared at me.. I have a reservation and I clearly told the person on the phone that we have 2 dogs and she said 1 pet pet room. The next thing she said was there is only 1 room booked and I told her yes, 1 room but 2 queen beds right- she went NO!! And she also said only for 2 people it says on the reservation. This isn't the worst part. This business literally didn't want customers. I have never felt so un welcomed. Than my brother wanted to use rest room as we were driving for hours and the front desk was we don't have restrooms. Seriously?? Where do you pee?? All things apart now I am on the phone with their main office and people just hang up. Finally got to someone and she was the worst guest help line worker I have ever come across. She was worst than the front desk her tone and mostly her brain and their policy was shitty, I lost all my patience while holding my pee and dealing with them and my sister took the phone and she put the phone on speaker and she said they will have to check the call recording and get answer maybe Maybeeee in 48hrs. Are you serious? We are in-front of your hotel reception. She said she cannot do anything. In 48hrs we will already be checked out cuz the room was for 1 night only. NO empathy, no apologies nothing. My sister called Sonesta and we went there with $80 more, we walked in and the front desk was very sweet and immediately got our rooms ready. They had free breakfast, very very clean. Our room was like 2 bedroom 1 room had 1 bed, the other room had 2 separate beds and two separate bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. All workers would smile and greet. It took 5mins for i us to check in and while checking in we used restroom at the lobby. Red roof should not be in hospitality industry.

Stayed here 2 nights while moving stuff out of a storage facility close by. Staff was very friendly and room was immaculately clean. The pool area is only accessible from a door from lobby to outside gated area. Pool depth was 3ft on sides going down to 5ft in the middle. It was cool, clean, and refreshing after spending a day loading up a moving van. There is complimentary Coffee in Lobby area from a coffee machine but no Continental Breakfast service in morning.Check in is around 3pm and Check out is by 11am.

This hotel has been a life saver. With the horrible winter storm this past week stranding me at work, I was able to easily book a room for a few nights. When the storm made conditions to get home a lot harder than originally planned, I was able to extend my stay a few more nights. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and did the best they could considering the weather and pandemic. Would definitely come here again if needed.
