Overall experience was pleasant UNTIL I said good morning to a car mechanic. He stared at me and said nothing. That is rude. It costs nothing to be nice and with vehicles being upwards of 100k, the least you can do is be pleasant to people who support Ford. Despite the rude mechanic, the customer service man was very nice and polite.
