A special shout out to all the Staff! Scott, Betty, Penny, Roxanna, and the Maintainance guys! You all are awesome!! I am going on my 4th year here, and was pleasantly surprised to see my rent actually be significantly reduced 🤩💰🎉 All the staff are very friendly and do an amazing job maintaining the place! Couldn’t be happier ❤️

I searched for several months and met with many leasing agents to find a safe and secure place to live and that was well taken care of and who's staff was easy to communicate and work with. Ms. Betty and the staff have been very easy to work and very accommodating. She herself has taken the headache out of moving and always answering when I call when I have any questions. Thanks Ms. Betty!

Fairly priced. Routinely repaired and renovated. Very clean property. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Work orders are easy to place and resolved quickly. Amazon locker is a great perk. Great community with loving neighbors.

I cannot express how friendly and personable Betty A @ Grassdale apartments in Manor, Texas has been during the process of helping my partner find the perfect apartment! She has gone above and beyond every step of the way. She even took time to show both of us a similar model of apartment on her day off ( she was also feeling under the weather and meeted us anyway!) while giving the tour of the unit she expertly explained all the amenities of the unit and answers questions. As she showed us the complex other tenants would stop and call out to her by name, everyone seems so fond of Ms. Betty and I can see why! Ms. Betty holds herself to a higher standard when it comes to her tenants and it shows in her customer service!! The apartment grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The vibe is quiet and safe (we visited in the evening to see what the evening vibes were like). Greendale is a beautiful place to call home and I’m so extremely grateful to Ms. Betty for her utmost professionalism and kindness she has shown during this process! I highly recommend Greendale Apartments of Manor to anyone looking for a safe and beautiful place to call home!! Thank you Ms. Betty, you’re one in a million!!! ❤️💚

I recently relocated from New York to Texas. I have been staying with family as I got acclimated with my employer and surroundings. I was going back and forth the last couple of months looking at apartments and even using an apartment locater but nothing stood out to me. Just this wk I gave it another shot and started to look and ran into this complex and their positive reviews on google. So I decided to call. Upon calling I was greeted by Betty who had the most pleasant demeanor and immediately offered to do a video chat with me to show me the unit and property since I told her I'm stuck at my job and unsure when I could come by to see. This was an accommodation I was yet to be offered by any other complex thus far. Additionally, she gave me the tour and was personable and then set aside time after to answer all my lengthy questions. I was pleased and we began the application process. Between me texting, emailing and calling throughout my busy workday, Betty not once put me on hold, said she would call me back or treated me like I was being bothersome. I appreciate greatly her customer service and in just two days she expedited the process by being detailed and efficient and I will be moving in to this beautiful, well lit, clean, safe apartment complex. Cant wait to move in and thank you to Betty who made this a stress free welcoming experience here in Texas!!!

Betty and the leasing staff were super helpful when we were moving in. They are also quick to respond to any maintenance issues and make sure you’re living in the highest of standards. We are enjoying our time at the Grassdale so far!

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with my experience at this apartment complex. From the moment I moved in, Ms. Betty has been an absolute gem. She is always there to assist with any questions or concerns I may have, and her knowledge and professionalism are truly exceptional.The grounds are always clean and manicured, and any maintenance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently. The amenities offered, such as the pool and fitness center, are top-notch and add an extra level of convenience and enjoyment to living here.I have never felt more at home in an apartment complex, and I can truly attribute that to the excellent customer service provided by Ms. Betty. She goes above and beyond to make sure that residents are happy and comfortable, and it truly makes a difference in the overall atmosphere of the community.Thank you, Ms. Betty, for always being a phenomenal help. Your dedication and kindness do not go unnoticed.

So where to start, my mother has been living at these unresponsive apts for two years and she's been getting charged a lot for rent, it seems like the rent is always going up for whatever reason, every time she speaks to a leasing agent about getting AC or anything repaired they take their sweet time to come out and repair it. I wish I could give a half a star if I could.

Do not rent in this place, where there are car thefts, there is no security and inhumane attention from the staff, after you rent you are condemned to having your credit stained and sent to collections, they are scammers.
