I go out of my way to go to this post office because the staff are SO NICE and move so quickly. I don’t even live in Manor, but I drive in from Austin because of the staff and service.

I've been in there a few times over the course of the past few months. They are always pleasant, helpful and courteous. I know they get a lot of flack for the mailbox mishaps. This time I want them to be recognized for all the good they're doing too and I appreciate them taking care of my mailing needs and being patient with me.

I've lived in presidential Meadows for almost 4 years now. Once a year I've had to call this post office to try and get them to send a service man out to the neighborhood mailboxes to fix all of the broken locks on the oversized package storage bins on the bottom. For the first two years we had to deal with the mailman leaving Broken keys or keys for boxes that have broken lock cylinders or Keys already broken off in the lock cylinders so that you cannot retrieve your packages. It took over 2 years for this post office to finally come out and fix the locks. Now that the locks are fixed, we have an issue with the mailman leaving the the wrong key in your mailbox to retrieve packages from the oversized bins. This Monday morning I went to retrieve my package that's been there since saturday. The key is labeled 291. 291 is a mailbox that has a broken lock that will not lock, is unsecure and there are two large packages for another Resident already in that box. My package is nowhere to be found. It takes about 30 minutes to get someone to answer the phone from the post office at which point they tell me it's going to be a few days before any action is taken. They also state that they will send a follow-up email stating whatever they've done to resolve the situation. This will be the fourth time that I've had to call to get these boxes and this issue fixed. The previous three times I was sent that resolution email before any resolution had taken place. There's some obvious disconnect or Worse going on at this local Post office. I think some reevaluation of the people in charge of delivering and securing our mail is in order. Three plus years of the same issue is unacceptable.

Probably one of the worst run businesses in the United States. It's a place no one would ever choose to do business. They employ the unemployable, and it shows in everything they do. A DEI horror show. Incompetence is their way. Seldom, will you find a larger group of people who shouldn't be in charge of anything.

Horrible USPS place ever don't get you mail especially important mail like I need to get hold of someone to investigate this place too many residents complaining about not receiving their mail is not normal like something definitely up, I email news people to see if they can get involved as well because this is federal type stuff stealing mail, either the mail is being kept or the post man themselves doesn't know how to read address on the mail

I've had a package sitting here for days and they have not scanned it in as "accepted" from a freight shipment. I want my package delivered, this is crazy.

Husband said our parcel locker key opened 2 different lockers that were empty. I tried a few days later & the one I opened had the missing packages within. As far as the staff goes, they have always been friendly to me.

I purchased an item and it shows delivered to parcel. I checked the parcel and there was two other packages in the parcel not the one I have been anticipating. I have been to this post office 3 times checking on this list package, only to be told I will receive a call from the supervisor. I have yet to receive a call from the supervisor. I have to go to the post office again to ask for a refund for a package that shows delivered but was not in the parcel.
