“Update 08/12/26 If you visit Create A Cig on Parmer, Sam is your guy! This was my second time getting helped by him since the switch over, and his energy is unmatched every single time. Sam is incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely sweet. He really knows his stuff and gives awesome recommendations I came in planning to grab just one thing and ended up leaving with a few extra products I didn't even realize I needed, all of which turned out great. It’s rare to find customer service this solid. Management needs to hold onto Sam and give this guy a raise he’s a huge asset to this shop!”
