Edit: Yes I was contacted by a supervisor and eventually given 5 months worth of video files that are in the wrong format. Hire an IT guy/galWe pay good money to have our 5th wheel trailer taken care of. Why do we have to go through the files / pictures when that is your responsibility??Bought a brand new 5th wheel and within a month the person next to us side swiped it. This sorry excuse for a business hasn’t given me the person‘s contact information or offered to pay for the damage done on THEIR PROPERTY! Store your property at another facility. These guys are crooks. Zero stars.

Great staff, great prices, easy in & out. The prices stay consistent which is hard to find at a storage place at times! Overall we are so pleased. Totally would recommend.
